Loved the drinking water faucet on the tap Right next to a mini market Well located for the beach, a quick walk Kitchen was well equipped and appreciated leftover oil/salt/pasta Quiet little balcony - it got a bit of sun in March but the shade would be appreciated in summer Washing machine (clothes did dry on the balcony even with not so much sun)

Everything was ok. The flat quite new staff, ver y clean, well working. Safe and near to the airport and the sea, walk by foot to Larnaca. The host very helpful, check-in and check-out without any problems. I would recommend it 👍😇

“Very comfortable apartments”

The apartments are cozy and well-maintained. They may feel a bit compact for four guests, but for two or three people they are absolutely comfortable. Everything was clean, and there was everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient — it’s just a 10–15 minute walk to the Old Town and the waterfront. There is a private parking space available, which is a big advantage. Also, the bus stop with a direct connection to the airport is only a 5-minute walk away. Christakis is very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. I would definitely recommend these apartments for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We needed a short stop and rest near the airport and the apartment did the job. It's a small but cozy place and all very accessible and the private parking spot was very appreciated. For us the location need was near airport so for that it was perfect.

i needed to know where will i find the keys and i was short time booking just before my flight , i sent a message to host through booking system, host replied very quickly with all i needed to know. apartment was set beautifully exactly as description and photos. very close to airport -few min drive. was a perfect stay for overnight between flights

It was a pleasure to stay at the apartment "Beautiful apartment near the beach in Larnaca". We are very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment is clean with new furniture and comfortable beds, it has everything you need for a stay of the whole family or a group of friends. Two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and dining room and a large terrace. The apartment also has its own parking space, which is important if you have rented a car. Communication with the owner was friendly and excellent with detailed instructions before our arrival and during our stay. An excellent starting point for visiting Larnaca as well as other sights of beautiful Cyprus.

Good location easy to reach Finikoudes or McKenzie beach, close to our favourite restaurant , the owner was very thoughtful about details in the kitchen, nice view from the terase ( you can see the airplanes landing over the sea ) and a nice toy corner for the kids to spend time .

Most functional accommodation, the host has provided everything that you need, it was pretty much like living at home. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
