“Excellent hotel, planning on staying again”

This was our first time in Sayulita. Ximena was an excellent choice, and the location was perfect for us. We wanted to be close the action but not in it as the downtown core can be noisy. Beach and main drag are all steps away. Lots of great restaurant options including breakfast spots are also mere steps away. Rooftop pool was a perfect respite from the ferocious waves in the ocean while we were there. We especially appreciated the high quality AC and fan in our suite, the coffee and the treated water on every floor. Staff were simply wonderful all around and their attention to detail was very impressive. Impeccable cleanliness. We appreciated the care taken by all especially Noe who was the consummate professional. Bottom line, we will definitely return.

I enjoyed everything about this place.

Our room was quite large and had a luggage rack big enough for both of our bags. We were facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet. It's an easy walk to the town centre as well as to the beach.

Big and modern room that surpasses what you expect from a 3 star hotel !

The room was modern and spacious. Was kept very clean throughout our stay. We loved the coffee and tea making facilities right outside our door plus the access to clean, cold water. The location was super convenient 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk into town. We used the rooftop pool frequently as was more refreshing than the ocean.

Not a far walk to downtown Sayulita, several restaurants along the way. It's just off the Main Street but still quiet

Loved it. Everything was perfect. really thought about small details which was great. Great location, comfy beds, beautiful hotel and rooms. Elevator. Fresh drinking water and coffee.

Great hotel 2nd time staying here....perfect location for beach and town. Can't fault it ....highly recommended.

Good sized rooms, nice & quiet area (5-10min walk to the main square), friendly staff. Beds not the comfiest but also not the worst.

Stunning place. Well situation but off the busy path. Beautiful pool on the rooftop. The staff were so incredibly kind.

Staff was excellent and helpful. The pool and hotel were very nice. Rooms are a good size but windows do not cut outnoise from the street or dogs. Underground secured parking was excellent. Hotel is close to everything Sayulita has to offer.

“Beautiful Rooftop pool + lovely boutique hotel”

Beautiful small hotel, large room, very clean with balcony. Comfortable bed. TV with Netflix was a bonus. Gorgeous rooftop pool area. Free coffee in the mornings. Friendly staff. Good location in the quieter part of town.

“Everything was perfect!”

We loved our stay at Ximena!! The location is absolutely perfect, 5 minutes walk from the beach and the city center with many amazing restaurants. The staff was so helpful and extremely nice. The rooftop & bar made our stay perfect, we enjoyed many hours in and around the pool. Lastly, the rooms were so clean and luxurious with great WiFi, nice shower with soft towels and a great king size bed. Highly recommended!

Short walk to Sayulita plaza. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Roof top pool was beautiful and staff were great !

“An oasis in Sayulita”

Awesome oasis to return to after a busy day in Sayulita. It's just a couple of blocks past the main bridge into town, so even if it's pumping in the main part of Sayulita, you have enough quiet for a good night's sleep. There's also a rooftop bar and pool, in case you need to chill without having to venture into the streets. There are plenty of good breakfast places within a block. It's all new, and everything works. Noe and his team are all very helpful.

There is a car park. Not in the busy area so there is no noise but also very close to the area.
