Location is great , proximal to everything but still with the quieter side of the town away from the busy streets. It felt private ,safe and secure.The hill up is short but steep! The roof top exceeded my expectations. The view was fantastic and there were super chill vibes at the pool. Everything is very clean and kept well maintained. We had a standard room , so no balcony . A balcony would have been nice for drying clothes on the clothes horse provided. The room was big enough to work with a small kitchenette but we didn't use any of the appliances apart from the fridge .The added water machine was great to have drinking water on hand.The AC was good and the ceiling fan also worked so well . The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Couldn't fault anything. The value for money is also very good.

Very clean. Host (Rodolfo) is extremely responsive and helpful. Pool is nice. View from pool is great. Quiet area (can't hear the noise from the town).

- The location is super convenient and that you have parking right at the hotel. You can easily walk to the center of Sayu and the beach. - we liked that we haven’t been in the busy center but in a few minutes you can be right in, so you have the quietness - The rooftop terrace is really great, you can overlook Sayulita and sunbath there. - The bed was super comfy and the room was very spacious.

The pool is next level - absolutely stunning. Quite cold but very refreshing. The power went out and they had crews on site immediately to try and restore it (they did). It’s a bit more removed from the centre which was perfect for us - quieter, closer to the North Side restaurants and only a 10-12 minute walk to the bustle of the plaza.

“Great villa in a quieter part of Sayulita”

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our trip in Sayulita and I'd definitely go back for longer next time. It feels more like a condo/apartment building than a hotel which was nice, the rooms are spacious with a kitchen and a big jug of water which was great to have. The rooftop area is huge, lots of loungers, hammocks, couches, and a big dining table, and a lovely infinity pool overlooking the town and ocean. It's slightly outside of town, just enough that it's quiet but only a 5 minute walk to get anywhere. It is up quite a steep (but short) hill - but the actual steep part takes less than a minute to walk up, so unless you have mobility issues it's not a problem at all.

The best part was the location up a small hill, giving fantastic views of the city and ocean from the amazing and spacious roof terrace, with infinity pool, lawn chairs, hammocks, landscaping. I stayed in a room facing the mountain, but was up on the terrace a lot anyway, enjoying the views and the pool, especially at magical sunset. Also staff were very helpful.

Great location, beautiful views, very well equipped room with kitchenette. Loved the location a little removed from the busy town center but still super convenient to everything. We had the Iguana room which has a beautiful view of Sayulita and the ocean.
