We had a large, comfortable, well-equipped apartment with a balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and garden area. The showers were tepid, but just warm enough. The staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with offers like huevos rancheros, omelette with fresh greens, cafe de olla and fresh fruit. The pool was warm enough to swim (just!) in February, and uncrowded.

Contained court yard, quiet, friendly and helpful staff, Carlos made sure we had everything we needed. One block from the beach, and right near the town square, so it was easy to just walk out and stroll through the village. Our one bedroom main floor apt had everything we needed including full kitchen. Glass slide outs to the courtyard to relax on lounge chairs

The rest of the hotel was low-key and quiet. The breakfast was great. Lots of room around the pool. Plenty of loungers for guests.

The staff were particularly helpful and lovely! Location is excellent and very family friendly. Suprisingly super duper quiet and we were there over New Years Eve!

Great location, close to beaches and town center. Property design provides a secluded feel. Kids spent a lot of time in the pool and the food at the onsite restaurant is great. The breakfast package option takes the stress out of getting the day started. We spent most of our time in town/sightseeing and at the pool but the TV apps/wifi allowed us to wind down before bed. Friendly staff and perfect for a family.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Loved the style and location. The pool was lovely. The pool bar also did great food and drinks at reasonable prices. The free 08:00am yoga class on the roof terrace was fantastic. Monday to Saturday. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would stay here again without hesitation.

“Perfect for a family stay”

This is a fantastic hotel for a family stay. The apartment was large and well-equipped. The staff was very helpful. The location couldn't be much better - very close to centro but not noisy at all. The included breakfast was a highlight. The pool is also fantastic - Ignore the reviews saying it's cold, it's a normal pool temperature which is ideal in the heat.
