“Disappointment in Sawtell”
Easy walking to beach and shops, contains everything you need to self cater although a good deal of it old stained or damaged and needs replacing. This old flat has been given a makeover which must be why the price is so high.

“Happy to book again”
We booked last minute and so when we arrived later that afternoon we had not been sent a access code to gain entry to property. After a few phone calls we gained access. Sam was very helpful. Periwinkle is perectly located, close to beach and restaurants etc. Very clean and well equipped.
