Everything was amazing except the toilet upstairs hadn't been cleaned, and downstairs table had crumbs on it and was sticky, other surfaces also needed a good wipe over

“Amazing accommodation. Highly recommend. Stunning views with spectacular views. Great house.”
Absolutely beautifully appointed duplex house with stunning views. So spacious. Well set up kitchen. Everything that you would expect if you set it up yourself. Backyard balconies a must for watching sunsets, beach and river. View from the upstairs ensuite is a must. Highly recommend.

Fabulous location and view. Great layout with easy care furnishings.. 3 toilets. Roomy with plenty of seating. Excellent laundry with drying inside.Had Netflix etc Kitchen was well equipped.

The location of the property is outstanding. The views from the back deck and upstairs balcony over the estuary and ocean are incredible. We parked the car and walked everywhere - close to the main street for cafes and restaurants and beautiful walks along the headland and along the beaches. We traveled to local towns to enjoy rainforest, boardwalk, eco and beach walks. Also played golf at Sawtell on two days which was great.

good location. Nosie1 is close to the beach.. You can enjoy a nice view from a hill in a walkable distance. It has a full kitchen and enough bowls,plates, pans etc.
