Completed in October, 2018, No 5 Rockpool 69 Ave Sawtell is located on the main street of the beautiful Sawtell Village with direct access to cafes, restaurants, shops and local food outlets. Main Beach is a short 150 metre stroll away. The 2-bedroom, open plan apartment includes fully ducted air-conditioning, video intercom from the apartment to the main entry, One secure car parking and secure lift access. Extra free parking outside. There are indoor living areas leading to a covered outdoor balcony and automatic blinds to provide extra privacy. At No 5 Rockpool 69 Ave Sawtell you will find a modern kitchen with stone bench tops and Bosch appliances. The master bedroom has a built-in-wardrobe, en suite bathroom, private outdoor balcony and is fitted with a queen-sized bed and a Smart TV. Very relaxing!

The unit was so beautiful. roomy and welcoming. Homely and relaxing. Central to all the beautiful facilitates of Sawtell and the beach. Park the car and leave it. Toormina shopping centre a short drive.Coffs harbour a short drive away too
