“Average place, average stay”
The location was great, facilities were fine but overall it's a dated building and some aspects of the room could be updated. The pricing was fair for what you got. Unfortunately other people didn't follow the no smoking rule which made the stay a little uncomfortable.

Great location, only a 100 m stroll to the shops, pub and club and 200m to the beach.

The location was fantastic. We could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, shops and pub. Clean basic accommodation that did the job.

“Sawtell is lovely with great beaches and restaurants.”
The apartment was fairly basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. Beach and a number of good restaurants were nearby. Sawtell is a great place to relax.

Great location and easy check in. Very old apartment but was very clean except for the carpet stains.
