Excellent property in the heart of the city, breakfast and dinner were very good. Staff were very helpful with everything we needed including arranging safari.

“Amazing stay – they really look after you!”

Huge thanks to the manager, Manish, and the whole staff for making this such a great trip. I’d messaged them a few days early about the safari and they actually called me to help pick the best route and get everything sorted ahead of time. The best part was the service when things went wrong. My train from Jaipur was delayed by an hour and a half, and I was sure I’d miss the safari pickup. But Manish and the staff stayed in touch the whole time, made the driver wait for me, and even made sure I’d eaten and had water before we headed out. The safari itself was incredible. Manish told me beforehand I’d see a tiger, and literally 15 minutes in, one came right up next to the car. Because it’s low season and pretty hot, the food is made to order, and it was honestly some of the best I’ve had during all my travels. The Laal Maas and Kashmiri curry were amazing. Even though it was quiet, the staff went out of their way to make me feel like a king, always bringing water and anything I needed. I bet when it's high season the vibe in the hotel is amazing. If you’re heading to the safari park, stay here—they really go above and beyond. The only tip I’d give for solo travelers is not to book too many days at once. Try to see it day by day. I saw a tiger on my first day, so for me it was enough and being flexible to move to the next city was way nicer.

Staff very very friendly Room so much better then Hilton 5 star or Holliday inn 5 star delhi Price vs quality to good to be true Bathroom on 5 star level Europe Food was to spicy for us and they did there best to prepare it less spicy. I'd didn't work out for us but it was really very kind. At arrival they give us a beautiful neckledge. From flowers We felt save and comfortable The staff,price and rooms is a 10 out 10

Exzellent Place, super friendly staff, especially hemraj,

I had a great stay at Raj Palace Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made a big difference. The hotel itself is lovely, and my room was comfortable and well-appointed. I’d definitely recommend it.

“Total value for money”

The location is the first plus point as it's right when you enter Sawai Madhopur. Property is maintained well and staff are super courteous. Food options and other facilities are good too. They also try and get you safari booking if you have not booked in advance.
