“Pure luxury surrounded by nature.”

This is a wonderful place to stay where great thought has gone into providing guests with exceptional levels of service and creating the perfect base from which to experience Ranthambore. The buildings are tastefully designed and our cottage felt so special, with outdoor bath and shower and a path to our private seating area by a large pond where we could watch kingfishers, crocodile and antelope. The food was lovely with dinner a splendid collection of not indian dishes and lunch a cosmopolitan mix; all notable for flavour and freshness of ingredients. Staff throughout were very kind an thoughtful. Sadly our stay was too short but it was the perfect finale to our two weeks in Rajathstan.

Awesome Chef,Gita! We stayed for three days and not a single dish was repeated. She is creative and truly lovely to be out and about talking with guests. Harish ji, at reception was exceptionally helpful and made SUCH a difference. All staff were lovely. Thank you.

This is a fantastic hotel. We had reserved for one night but enjoyed it so much we decided last minute to stay an extra night. This was so swiftly organised that it was unbelievable. The quality of service of all the staff is exceptionally good. The food is excellent and so fresh, and all food is prepared using clean water so fresh fruit etc is safe for tourists. What really sets this hotel apart is the commitment to the environment, it is truly an eco Lodge where nature comes first and in fact the hotel led to significant rewilding of the environment. I also strongly recommend the walk around the property. It is perfectly set up for the safaris l, they provide tea/coffee before safari, a sandwich to take with you and the a delicious breakfast when you get. Given the full board this makes the hotel value for money. Stay here you will not regret it and it gives you memories and experiences for life.

Excellent location and hospitality

We absolutely loved our stay! The little villa with view on the water hole was perfect for us and the staff really attentive. Especially the on-site naturalists and guides, they really went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

Wonderful property and grounds. The location on the edge of the National park was fantastic and we saw wildlife without even leaving the premises. Vegetarian food was excellent and we didn’t even miss meat or fish. The small touches like hot water bottles and snacks for safaris were appreciated and we loved our stay. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable and well decorated and we loved the outdoor bath.

“Outstanding local hotel ideal to stay near Ranthambore National park”

Perfect location to explore Ranthambore national park. Excellent staff, who couldn’t do enough to help. All inclusive stay includes outstanding meals particularly the evening curries, and all care was taken to cater for gluten free requirements. Chef was excellent and put a lot of personal care into catering to her guests. Much of produce used for meals is grown at the hotel or locally. Rooms comfortable and clean and serviced frequently. We stayed in Forest view Villa which had lovely patio with jungle views and lots of wonderful birds. Safaris into Ranthambore were supported by hotel with blankets and hot water bottles much appreciated for cold early morning safaris. Overall highly recommend Khem Villas as an ideal place to stay when visiting the tigers!

“Amazing stay at the door of Ranthambhore National Park”

The hotel was created and is managed by the family of legendary park ranger and naturalist Fateh Singh Rathore (aka Mr Tiger) and is deeply committed to reduce impact on the environment and on working with the neighboring communities. Rooms are large, tastefully decorated, food is amazing (veg only) and the grounds are truly well maintained and integrated with the park.

The stunning location, the incredible staff and delicious food. Outdoor bath under the stars, drinks around bonfires in the evening. Such a relaxing experience.

Exceptionally peaceful, stylish and beautiful. Loved the location away from hustle and bustle. I think that this is the best food I’ve ever had at a hotel. All freshly prepared vegetarian dishes, great variety, some flavoursome. Staff were attentive and evening bonfires were lovely. Truly a great stay

“Exceptional”

Exceptional. The staff were wonderful. The evening food was delicious we had different curries every night and enjoyed sitting around the fire pit before dinner with Indian snacks and drinks. We enjoyed a nature walk with Dinesh and he drove us to the park gates for our safaris packing blankets and water for when it was a little chilly in the morning!

The property is stunning, cosy, with lots of character . Exceptional staff, good food really enjoyed it.

Amazing location and staff.

Everything about Khem Villas is excellent- from the location, the food, the rooms, the leopard walking through, the Samba deer in the gardens. All of it out of this world and breathtaking. Special note to Dinesh for his bird watching skills.

“An oasis of calm surrounded by nature and wildlife!”

We stayed in one of the cottages overlooking the lake and it was a perfect place to just sit and watch! So much wildlife right on your doorstep, wonderful! The staff were great-they couldn't do enough to help, food was delicious and the camp fire was a lovely way to end the day and talk tiger!
