“A green oasis right next to the beach”
Villa Anna was a truly wonderful discovery, an oasis of peace with excellent facilities and just 5 minutes from the nearest beach. You can tell it's being taken care of with real attention for detail and clients' wellbeing in mind. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, full of lush greenery and blossoms. There's also a great swimming pool that we appreciated very much. While we got one of the apartments without sea view, this was actually a relief in the hot days, as we had plenty of shade and a cosy veranda outside. The apartment itself is very well equipped, the little kitchen has everything you need plus a big fridge, and the beds are incredibly comfy. Can't wait to come back!

“A wonderful place to stay”
The place is a piece of heaven on Earth. There is a multi-apartment Mediterranean type of building with a heavenly garden and an extraordinarily clean swimming pool with regular water (no sea water). Although the property is no 5 minutes away from the first place where one can go swim in the sea, the pool in the garden was helpful for at least two reasons: 1. I had my dog with me, whom I crated next to the pool in the shade, 2. I had a bad knee that didn't let me go in and out of the sea comfortably. The room I was in is spacious, tiles on the floor, a decent bathroom, a neat kitchenette. A lovely aircon and a TV. The several apartments where full while I was accommodated there and everything ran just perfectly, although there were plenty of people and dogs, the place is super pet-friendly, Do take care there are other guests in the villa, and keep your dog inline with the rules- on leash at all times and let them litter only outside the property. There is quite a lot place to walk the dogs around the villa.

The house and all the facilities were clean and tidy at all times. The staff was really friendly. Well equipped kitchenette. We did enjoy our stay as it is in a very relaxing environment with lots of greenery and flowers.

“Classy villa with swimming pool sourounded by a garden full of flowers very close to the see”
It is a classy villa with a clean swimming pool, which are souranded with a beautiful garden with thousands of flowers. It is just 100m from the see, however very close to a tiny port, so you need to walk few hundreds meters more to choose a place at the see which suits you. The "beach" is rocky, but with no sea urchins, so in fact the water shoes are not necessary. There are also many trees very close to the see, so you can sit under them in a shadow.

“Restful haven - beautifully clean - wonderful pool - 2 mins walk to the sea”
This is a little quiet haven. The room was spotless and garden beautiful but the selling point is the pool, surrounded by beautiful colourful flowered bushes. Staff/owners very welcoming and helpful. Booked Villa Anna to have a rest after exploring Slovenia. It was definitely worth it. Visited Rovinj and Umag - recommend both. The sea is at the bottom of the road - 2 min walk.
