We had a really Great Stay at val Piana. The House/villa was amazing and we enjoyed the free use of the bikes to go explore the surroundings. The host Valnea was superb, really kind and arranged taxi service from Triëst Airport and and a Nice Boat ride for us. Special thanks to Tomo for the Great boatexcursion! We can really recommend val Piana!

“Great time spent with family and friends”
The apartment is well-equipped, with enough space for children to play in the living room or on the terrace. The building is fenced, so small children could play outside without having to constantly monitor them to make sure they wouldn't run out in front of a car. The apartment is not in the immediate vicinity of the sea, so it doesn't feel crowded, but it is also close enough that you can walk to the beach. In case of any questions, we could contact the owner via WhatsApp and receive an immediate answer.

From the moment I booked, everything went smoothly. Communication with the host/property manager was prompt and professional, they answered my questions quickly and made me feel welcome even before I arrived. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. The place looked exactly like the photos, if not better. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and ready for my stay. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and I appreciated the small extras like complimentary tea and coffee, fresh towels. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, yet close to public transport and great restaurants. I could really relax and enjoy my time there. One of the highlights of my stay was the free rental bikes that were available. It was such a thoughtful bonus. What stood out most to me was the attention to detail and the feeling that the host genuinely cared about my comfort. It made a big difference. Whether you're staying for a night or a week, I highly recommend booking this place. I’d absolutely return in the future!

I liked the very comfortable bed, the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the apartment. We woke up to the unfamiliar sound of birds The bike is free,very nice road just for the bike Also a super jacuzzi and sauna All in all, excellent everything and we will be back

“Great vacation house”
Very comfortable apartment. Well-equipped, guests can use bicycles, kayak, SUP, grill and have private jacuzzi and sauna at home. Comfortable mattresses in all beds. Two bathrooms. Good localization in a quiet area, yet close to the beach. Several terraces on different sides of the house. The host was extraordinarily polite and helpful, offering advice and quickly solving emerging problems, speaking excellent English.

The communication with the owner was very easy and efficient. The accommodation is excellent and in a good location. During the night it is quiet which allows a peaceful sleep. Parking is on the site, and bicycles can be used free of charge.

“Lovely accommodation which is well placed for making the most of the area”
It was comfortable, well maintained and conveniently located for exploring the area - both local and also further afield to Slovenia and Italy. The addition of free bikes and paddle board was much appreciated and the level of hospitality was spot on - welcoming and there if needed, but not intrusive
