We had stayed here before and chose it again, but the buffets and food are not really fresh. I got sick from the lamb they gave me under the name of barbecue night.. Many of their products are not fresh.

Wonderful relaxing hotel, the beach is super nice with and adults only area, the water extremely clean. The swimming pool area is also very nice. The way it’s distributed makes it feel like it’s not crowded which is nice.

“Relaxing and active stay”
Comfortable bed and soft linen, the smells were so nice. Breakfast buffet full with gourmet delicacies, saunas spacious and well taken care of but people are the ones who make the stay pleasant - professional and warm. Throughout a very pleasant stay. It is in a calm neighborhood with golf course nearby and a lot of different walking paths in the vicinity. Beautiful views.

After a long journey, we were met with an unwelcoming, dismissive reception. Our single Booking.com reservation was incorrectly split, and instead of resolving the issue, staff blamed us. When we asked about a two-bedroom suite, we were bluntly told none were available—even as another receptionist was openly offering a suite to walk-in guests. The service throughout was cold and unhelpful. Our dinner reservation was “missing,” loyalty membership offered no benefits, and Booking.com was cheaper than Kempinski’s own direct rate. The property itself is in poor condition: broken pool tiles, moldy lampshades, faulty hallway lighting, and no fresh juice at breakfast—hardly five-star standards. The atmosphere was negative, with little sense of hospitality. To make matters worse, an unexplained 10% service fee was added to everything. Ultimately, we left two days early and were still charged for the full stay. This hotel is overpriced, underwhelming, and does not deserve to carry the Kempinski name.

We appreciated the staff's friendliness, the excellent breakfast selection, and the overall atmosphere that makes the hotel feel less crowded. Food at the bar was also not bad.
