“COMFORTABLE&QUIET&PEACEFUL EXPERIENCE AT THE MOUNTAINS/COUNTRYSIDE”

I did not try breakfast as was joining my brother for that so just saw it and had a nice black coffee.

We needed a place to stay for one night, so the place met our expectations. The room was warm when we arrived (we traveled in January, so that's important). Breakfast was made with the owners' farm products: cheese and ham. It was very delicious.

“Authentic experience on a farm”

The room was really comfortable and spacious. Well equipped and with a small balcony. Staff were friendly and the place was obviously popular, frequented by lots of locals.

Friendly owners although limited English spoken. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. The property is a farm located near the village centre, it has a bistro seemingly popular with the locals for having a drink.

Excellent price for value, very nice Staff, super location in an area with very good restaurants and trattorias in walking distance. Perfectly clran roomd. They have a wine bar with very good wine from the area. Goid breakfast buffet.

It is a real agricultural business. First, they serve wine growing in the farm. We paid 1 € per glass! You can also eat local meat and cheese. Very friendly staff, specially English speaking nice lady. Rooms are those of simple design, but comfy and clean. Bathroom featuring shower cabin and other necessary items. It was quiet in the night, even considering rather medium level sound proofing door. Breakfast simple, but reach enough. Important: you can order more or something else if you want. Definitely good place to stay in for 1-3 days.

The breakfast was minimal, however was enough for me. Room was large and comfortable.

Such a friendly authentic Italian countryside. We slept here only one night and enjoy it. Very nice large room with balcony, silent place, great wine and famous people. I forgot my tablet here and got a message from owner before I knew it myself. Thank you.

Host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was spacious, quiet with AC and balcony. We will definitely come back soon! :-)
