The grounds and buildings were so beautiful. It's near to Beaune but away enough to have total peace and quiet. The room was gorgeous, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast by fire was wonderful as well. We loved our stay. We had our two dogs with us, one of which is going through cancer treatment between hospitals in Lille and Toulouse. It was as calming for them as it was for us. The back and forth is a lot, and the staff/owners made us and our dogs feel so welcome.

“A relaxing and enjoyable stay”

The staff were very welcoming, spoke perfect English, and really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed while we were there. We had a family room which consisted of a large room with a single bed and a sofa, a large bathroom, a separate WC, and an even larger bedroom with a very comfortable bed. This is a converted farm, that now seems to operate solely as a hotel (and wedding venue I believe). The location was a few kilometers from the nearest town - so it was perfectly still and quiet. Our stay was extremely relaxing and restorative.

Beautiful surroundings, the parc is magnificent especially on sunny morning. The team at the Hameau de Barboron has shown impeccable professionalism and kindness. The rooms are spacious and arranged with good taste. Overall great experience!

Good Breakfast in very pleasant room. The location and buildings were very nice and interesting and the setting very scenic. The staff were friendly and efficient and booked a good restaurant for us. Also, we were allocated a room with direct access to the grounds as we had our dog with us.

Very special location, with excellent hosts. Check ahead to see if an evening meal is available, as a full restaurant menu is not available. Ideal for those that like the countryside and a quiet stay.

“A stunning place in a beautiful setting”

All communication was promptly dealt with. All staff we met were extremely friendly and efficient. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and very well equipped . We were only able to stay for one night and after a long drive the evening meal was very welcome. We were very well looked after by our host whose humour and local knowledge was wonderful. Definitely worth a stay.
