Overview
Surrounded by olive groves, this B&B offers a peaceful location and an outdoor Summer pool, halfway between Bari and Brindisi. Rooms include a flat-screen TV and a balcony. Parking is free. Beaches at Savelletri are 3 km from Pignata. The medieval town of Fasano is an 8-minute drive away. All rooms are air conditioned rooms and some also come with a fireplace. Each provides a private bathroom complete with hairdryer and toiletry set. Some rooms have a balcony overlooking the garden. Restaurants, bars and shops are located in nearby Fasano.

“Pignata is a NO NO!! A terrible experience.”
B&B Pignata does NOT have breakfast nor STAFF nor and is in the middle of nowhere. In our short stay there (we arrived at night, left in the morning) we did not see one single soul! We could not buy food. After we complained to bookings.com our intention to leave the place, what saved our stay was that they transferred us to a similar property of the same owner, Masseria San Leonardo, where they had BREAKFAST and a lovely STAFF. At San Leonardo we also had the possibility of order food during the day (important feature in isolated places like these).

“4 day stay for wedding”
We visited the area for a wedding. We had a hire car and so there was plenty of room for parking, except when some other guests inexplicably parked in a way that blocked the entire car park. Not the owners fault of course. The property was pretty, the room was clean and a cleaner visited every day. The room has a fridge. Communication with the owner was good, he whatsapped me with clear instructions on how to access the apartment as there are no staff on site. Good WiFi but I had to message and ask for the password as this wasn't in the room. A nice swimming pool, we didn't use it as was quite cold when visiting and I understand it was officially closed due to being out of season (if it had been warmer I probably would have used it anyway).

“Good stay in Puglia”
Beautiful location surrounded by olive trees, a short drive to the sea. Very Italian style. A/C in the room helps a lot with summer heat. The bed is comfortable. Free parking.
