“Very good apartment - but very noisy”

The apartment is really new and all amenities worked. Big fridge and washing machine, very comfy bed on upper floor. Aircon was slow for upper floor but eventually worked well. Communication with host was very smooth.

“Perfect respite”

Perfect apartment for a 4 day break after 5 months of travelling/sight seeing, staying in hostels/hotel rooms/homestays. Privacy, my own space, everything I needed to recharge and plan my onward trip. Good WiFi, air conditioning and powerful shower. Kitchenette basic but enough to prepare snacks/drinks during the day and close enough location to walk to the excellent night market for evening meals. I loved having a TV with Netflix, and was a complete couch potato! And, never thought I would say this, it was a treat to be able to iron my clothes!

Big TV with Netflix, bed comfy, equipped kitchen and the laundry machine. Host very friendly, easy communication and a source of local information.

The apartment is very clean and spacious and has everything you need. You can rent a bike which makes it easy to reach everything. Some reviews mentioned it being noisy, but it’s really just the odd weekend night but that’s Laos 😄 Most evenings were super quiet. Hosts were wonderful and even lent me a laptop when mine broke!

Lovely apartment. Everything you needed was there ( except washing machine!) Good secure apartment. Great communication from owner. Very clean. Netflix and You Tube available.

The management were excellent. Extremely helpful and friendly. The units were clean and modern with super soft comfy beds and pillows. The location was great, a 10-15 min walk to the night market by the river or if you hire bikes through the apartment only a short bike ride away

“Nicest place I stayed in Laos”

A very well appointed studio flat, with a comfy bed up on a raised mezzanine. Nice bathroom and shower, and the kitchen area has enough utensils to work with. Sofa is lovely and there is a big TV with Netflix, Amazon, Youtube etc available. There are a few restaurants that are an easy walk from the apartment, plus a well-stocked shop one block away. The host is lovely, helpful and speaks good English, which is not that common in Laos. Some nice, thoughtful touches, such as having the wi-fi password visible from the entrance to the property (very handy when you arrive late at night and need to check emails, WhatsApp or booking.com). Also, one of the best (i.e. most tempting) minibars selections I have seen in SE Asia!

It was exactly as shown in the photos. Modern and clean, comfy beds. A proper shower rather than a small shower head fixed at a random height far too close to the toilet. The owner was very kind and helpful. She answered queries very quickly

Very nice apartment, plenty of room and I especially like the high ceiling makes the apartment feel bigger than it is. The facilities were good and we had a comfortable stay. There were local restaurants close by serving tasty laos dishes.

Everything was great. The room is huge, modern and stylish. The bed is really comfortable and the tv is great. The owners are very nice and helpful and they also rent out motorbikes for $10 a day which made the time in Savannakhet pretty fun, the countryside is very beautiful

“Pleasant Surprise”

The owner/manager was very friendly and very helpful. The design and lay-out of the space was very clever and quite nice. It was a relaxing environment with all the kitchen amenities one would like to have. We enjoyed it very much, and would stay there if we are ever in SVK again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful ,the facilities were excellent and very comfortable. I would stay there again when I am in savannahka
