This self catering property had great potential online. The location was excellent and it was attached to a nice hotel. The reviews had been good. We liked the kitchenette facility allowing us to make our own breakfast.

The only positive aspect of this property is its location and the availability of a shuttle van to the ski resort!!!!

Location and the apartment was super. Also, the minibus to the sportinia lift in the morning was a bonus!

We were in Punta Nera on the ground floor. The apartment is centrally located and easy to find . The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Very clean and good linen and towels provided . Beds were comfortable and there is plenty of storage. The ski room was close by and had boot warmers . The coffee pot did not work in the induction hob, we told the staff and they sourced us a coffee maker and gave us free coffee from the bar. The central location meant we were right in the middle of the new year celebrations so bring ear plugs if you’re staying at a busy time .

Really amazing place . All communications with the hotel were Very clear. Even though we took the most basic option for apartment it was a Spacious ! (Note There are rooms with added balcony and private jacuzzi ) Polite staff Spa very clean and nice. They allow private time in spa (40 minutes a day) and allowed extra time if it's not booked by other guests. Again very helpful staff that would go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Pharmacy and grocery store right there near hotel .

The staff were helpful and friendly and the apartment was great. I would have given it 10/10 but it was missing a bit of hanging space and a mirror in the bedroom would have beeb nice, although I believe this is already in hand. The location was great, within the centre of town and a very short walk (although quite a steep hill) to the nearest chair lift to the slopes. I would definitely recommend and can't wait to go again!

Lovely, spacious apartment not too far from the ski lift. Perfect for a family with an eat in kitchen and washing machine. Reception staff are super lovely.
