It was fine. It did what I needed it to. I needed a place to stop and rest on my long journey home. The food was plentiful and of reasonable quality. The room was warm and comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location for access to the town and ski lift. The free shuttle to the Sportinia ski lift was very useful. The hotel staff were friendly and the concierge was helpful with buying ski lift passes and arranging airport transfers. We liked the hotel bar for relaxing after skiing and listening to the live singer. The onsite ski hire was helpful. The room was large, well equipped and clean. The breakfast in the restaurant is buffet style with a good choice of food. The evening restaurant is buffet style.

Great communication before arrival. Friendly staff at check in. Fairly spacious recently renovated triple room with comfy beds, cleaned daily. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

The hotel is situated in the town, literally a few mins walk to bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Our twin room was very comfortable and spacious. I’d read several comments about the food but I’m pleased to say it was good. The shuttle bus to the ski lifts worked well.

It was central, clean and our bedroom was comfortable. The views from the restaurant were stunning.

Condition of the bedrooms was very good. We had half board and the food in the morning and evening was good value, not amazing, but good for a buffet style menu with plenty of options. Piano bar had nice atmosphere and great view from restaurant.

Very helpful staff. Great ski/ board storage and very easy access to the slopes with regular free shuttle bus up to the Sportina chair lift and an easy 2-5 min down hill walk back from Clotes chair lift.

Being taken to and from the lift everyday . All the staff were polite and friendly. The breakfasts were good. The bar was very comfortable

Loved the property. Rooms nicely renovated and ours had great view. Excellent staff, super friendly and Leonado helped us when our hire car broke down.
