Overview
Located in Sauze d’Oulx centre, hotel Assietta is 100 metres from the Via Lattea ski lift. It offers traditional light-wood decoration and cosy rooms with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Assietta’s restaurant and brasserie specialises in Italian favourites and international cuisine. Meals are served in the very characteristic dining room, completely decorated with wood and featuring exposed stone walls. Rooms at Assietta hotel have either carpeted or wood floors and feature satellite TV channels and a private bathroom. Some rooms include a balcony and some come with particular wood furniture and wood décor on the walls. The family-run Assietta has a furnished sun terrace, ideal for relaxing, and offers both storage space for ski equipment and a ski pass sales point. Wi-Fi is free in the reception area. Surrounded by the Alps, the property is a 10-minute drive from Oulx and the A32 motorway.

“Convenient, lively place to spend new years eve and use as a base for a ski holiday!”
Excellent breakfast, great location, a very lively place to spend new years eve! Staff are excellent especially Mihaela at reception! 3 min walk to the Clotes lift and about 10 mins to Sportinia. Very close to many restaurants and amenities.

Location couldn’t be better for NYE celebrations and how close other restaurants and bars are. The town is beautiful. Beds were very comfy, rooms were nice and warm, breakfast was fantastic - nothing cooked to order but amazing pastry, meat and cheese selection as well as snacks juices and breads. The bar area downstairs gets a fantastic atmosphere when you can get a table - it does get very busy with people from outside the hotel too, so keep that in mind. The hotel offers a great ski and boot room, although it’s small it was perfect for what we needed.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I came here for just one night with my family, but the beauty of this place left a lasting impression. It was a spontaneous stop to rest after a long drive — and what a great choice it turned out to be. There’s also a lovely restaurant and bar inside for a cozy and delicious evening.

There is a parking garage nearby the hotel, it has extra cost but it was really convenient. Breakfast was excellent, a lot variety, fresh orange juice, nice coffee! The restaurant downstairs offers good food and nice selection of wine. Staff was polite and they did all possible for us to enjoy the stay.

“A lucky find in less than perfect circumstances, Will be going to Sauze d'Oulx for a proper holiday.”
Fantastic breakfast. More than enough to eat, fresh bread and croissants, meats cheeses, cereal, cakes, biscuits. We where there as we had broken down passing through, booked to stay day by day waiting for car repair. Staff where excellent and let us keep our luggage in the hotel making things a lot easier. Restaurant was very good. Pizza and pasta was very nice. Portions where generous.

“Charming Alpine-Style Stay in the Heart of the Town: Perfect Location & Delicious Italian Breakfast!”
The location of this hotel, situated in the central Piazza of the town, is its greatest advantage. The bar on the first floor seemed to be an oasis for tourists. The room had a warm interior that evoked the feel of an Alpine chalet. The atmosphere, including the curtains, bedcovers, and cushions, was lovely. Although the building is old, it didn't feel outdated. The room was equipped with a double bed and a single bed, and thanks to the cushioned headboards, even the small space felt comfortable. Breakfast is not a buffet, but it offers a typical Italian breakfast with a wide variety of sweets, mini cupcakes, cereals, and more. The croissants were especially delicious. A platter of cheese, ham, and salami is also served individually.
