Location and view are great, its super clean and very well equipped

We had an amazing stay at Villa Larnia in Tenerife. The views are stunning, the facilities are excellent, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is peaceful and perfect as a starting point for trips around the island. A car is definitely necessary, but it gives you the freedom to explore everything easily. The hosts were truly outstanding — incredibly kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. We’re very grateful for all their tips. The villa offers excellent value for money, and the added bonus is the pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the place is also wonderful for bird and cat lovers.😊 Overall, a beautiful place that we would happily return to. This is simply the most wonderful place. It’s not just another holiday home like so many others — the owners care for it with all their heart, and you feel as if you’re visiting friends. They are truly warm and welcoming people, clearly running this place with passion and dedication. Peace, quiet, and pets that will love you — as long as you respect their independence ;) The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need: a kitchen with all appliances, a spacious and comfortable bathroom, a balcony with a breathtaking view, cozy beds, a beautiful garden with places to sit and drink and have a BBQ, as well as a swimming pool available for guests (with a nicely equipped fridge with refreshments). The internet connection is also amazing. Parking on the street in front of the villa was easy — we never had any issues, no matter what time we arrived. This isn’t just a place. This is the place.

You also can see a beautiful view through the window, every corner of the room is very clean, and the facilities are very complete. The location of the house is also very convenient. “Highly recommend this delightful gem of an apartment”

This is a delightful gem of a place on the north coast of Tenerife and I shall return here! The apartment was very comfortable, lovely and clean, and well equipped with a small kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine etc. We were made very welcome by the host and his wife who paid great attention to the small details that really make a stay fabulous, such as flowers in the room and a welcome bottle of wine. In addition, there was a lovely garden to sit in, a swimming pool and a sauna. The location was very easy to find, and there are also local buses which stop at the top of the road. Parking was on the road outside the apartment, but it was always easy to find a spot.

“Great apartment with friendly hosts”

The villa consists of 2 apartments, with a swimming pool and sauna in the basement, and the owners' property on the top floor. It is in a very quiet residential area on the North East coast but there is a decent restaurant within walking distance. Access by car to the main hiking areas on the North coast of Tenerife takes about 40 minutes either to the main walks on the Anaga Peninsula or to the walks further to the West, and Puerto de la Cruz is about 20 minutes drive away. Our apartment was comfortably furnished with big beds, lots of pillows, plenty of towels, 2 sofas, a dishwasher, washer/ dryer and big fridge. In particular, our hosts, Laura and Helmut, were exceptionally helpful and friendly and left a bowl of fruit, wine and cookies for us to enjoy. We had a great stay.

We booked last minute for a few nights and was grateful that the apartment was cleaned quickly for our arrival. Great hosts, great location and great views. Lovely restaurant walkable distance. Would stay here again if we returned to Tenerife. The hosts really made us feel welcome and at home.

There's a small kitchen with the necessary utensils and basic amenities like salt, pepper, and oil. + If you'd like, you can a refreshing dip in the pool or use the sauna (we didn't ;-)). + A gorgeous area to stay in Tenerife overall if you're a lover of nature, are looking for some peace and quiet, and want to go hiking. + Hosts Laura and Helmut were very friendly - the kind of people that still seem to genuinely enjoy welcoming guests. They gave a list of tips beforehand, which is definitely worth checking out. We haven't gone through half of it yet, so would love to return and check out more :-).
