Excellent food from breakfast through dinner, including cakes and desserts. The receptionist was very kind and made my birthday feel extra special. The restaurant staff were attentive and proactive, always making sure guests were well taken care of. The views from the room, restaurant, and garden are absolutely stunning. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time. A thoughtful gift was a lovely touch. We appreciate it so much.

What a great hotel! We loved every bit of it. First of all the location: it lays on the highest point in the village with a magnificent view over the valley. The hotel is a great starting point for hikes and/or bike rides. The hotel itself was great. It was cozy, well maintained and very clean. It had a lot of facilities for everybody to enjoy: table tennis, different games, bikes, a lovely pool, very nice wellness and a relaxing hot tub. Also the food was amazing! They had a very extensive breakfast buffet with a lot of choice. Would definetely recommend the freshly baked omelets. But also a large choiche of cheese, meat, fish, fresh fruit and yoghurt. The coffee was also very good, one of the better I've had in any hotel. During breakfast you are able to choose your dinner for the evening. This also contained a lot of choice: 2 types of meat, fish and vegetarian options. Before you got your main dish, you can also choose from the salad buffet, have a starter and/or a soup. The desserts were very tasty and to top it off you could also pick a fine selection of cheese. The last big plus regarding the food was the snacks in the afternoon and the extended wine menu with a lot of wines from Austria and Italy. The final thing that needs to be mentioned is the staff. What a nice, warm and social team they have. You can really sense that it is a family hotel. Yoes, Katarina, Ramona and all the others: thank you! Also a special thanks for the family Pohl: the host Daniel and his father Anton, who by the way plays very nice on the accordeon (go see it on tuesdays in their house bar!)

“Beautiful, friendly Alpine hotel”

A beautiful hotel- with very nicely furnished rooms, beautiful food & ideal location. I had the nicest omelette ever at breakfast - & an amazing multi-course meal for dinner. The staff were very helpful & friendly

“The best experience!”

This experience was absolutely amazing. Daniel, the owner met us on the reception, he is a very friendly guy, we also got a free upgrade. He helped us with advice, where to go and what to see. Breakfast/lunch/diner where so much better than we expected! A huge choice of food + food cooked my the chefs. One member of our party has an eating disorder (ARFID) so the chefs cooked french fries separately for him! we didn’t even had to mention the ED. Sauna is amazing, there is A LOT of stuff to do in the hotel, table tennis, a game room with different games, swimming pool, big tennis, AMAZING NATURE AND VIEWS and more. It was definitely the best and the most beautiful holiday worth it’s money, and we will definitely be back at this hotel! Thank you Daniel!

We had an amazing stay at this family-owned hotel! The attention to detail was exceptional—better than any other hotel we’ve stayed in. Every little touch made our experience truly special. The food was absolutely delicious and generously served, and we could tell they used only the highest quality ingredients, which we really appreciated. The warm hospitality and personal approach set this place apart, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year!

The spa is beautiful with calm relax zone, you can also choose from various food every day, the rooms are nice and the view from the balcony is pretty. The people who work there are friendly.

Very well maintained traditional hotel. Friendly staff (especially the owner and his son). Rooms are quiet, comfortable and with a nice view. Breakfast is amazing. Diner is also very good with very generous portions. The spa area is very enjoyable. The concert in the middle of the week was a highlight. And to point out also the welcome pack for our doggy that has been more than appreciated.

Great family/owner run hotel in perfect location in the village of Sautens in Ötztal. Easy access to mountains, activities and Innsbruck. Lovely and caring hotel staff and outstanding service. The food is in a class of its own and the facilities including pool, big spa and sport areas is five stars. Highly recommend and happy to come back anytime!
