“Wonderful place!”

Having breakfast in front of the river was fantastic and a very nice waiter who explained everything about birds and the wildlife.

This was amazing! My friend and I were so happy we stayed here as we got to sit and watch the wildlife all day. We saw lots of birds and crocodiles, but also a rhino one day! Breakfast was great and very filling and one of the restaurant staff called Sitaram was always so friendly with us in the mornings and so helpful. The staff even picked us up from the bus park without us organising it. Comfortable rooms and beds, woke up to the sound of birds. Loved it

Fantastic location Very helpful staff

Loved bird and crocodile watching from the balcony. It was so peaceful during the day. Despite working tirelessly in the restaurant/bar Sitatam, the restaurant manager, was always on hand to help us identify the wildlife or lend us binoculars. We also enjoyed seeing the elephants bathe each day around 4pm and the stream of local boatmen. The domestic team and hotel driver always seemed busy with the constant turnover of guests. We took a half day safari booked through the hotel and had a great guide who directed the jeep away from the others. Resulting in locating 9 individual rhino, deer wild boar and peacocks but unfortunately not managing to track one of the elusive 165 tigers. The hotel also came to pick us up from the bus station without being requested which was a nice gesture.

The location of the hotel is a few minutes walk to the Main Street. Nice view from the restaurant , and friendly staff.

Safaris. I saw many animals. Possibility to walk along the river. Great view from the terrasse.

The location is incredible and is a beautiful and relaxing setting. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great value too.

Such a great location overlooking the national park. We sat for hours animal watching. Restaurant food was great, and the waiter was so friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean with plenty of hot water

“Awesome peaceful haven”

The staff was really lovely and kind and helpful. The location is top notch… I loved the patio by the river watching birds and hoping to see a rhino. So peaceful. Quick walk to town. Room was comfortable and clean. Would stay there again

“Its worth it.”

Proximity to wildlife. On left can see rhino crossings. On right can spot crocodiles basking on the river bank. Early morning can see deers rumaging on banks if river. Lots of migratory birds and ducks. If lucky you can catch trained elephants bathing in river. Of course you need to make effort to look and talk to people surrounding finding out time the wildlife appear or will be seen crossing. The restaurant supervisor, Sitaram, is outstanding, helpful, polite, highly service oriented. He is very knowledgable about the migratory birds and wildlife. I have stayed in many resorts before, and Sitaram has proved to be the best suitable person and even loaned us a pair of binoculars for use.

Location overlooking the river & Chitwan NP, short walk to restaurants & bars. Proximity to tours of Chitwan. Staff lovely, knowledgeable & efficient. Food was good, breakfasts early & flexible.

“The perfect place to stay for exploring Chitwan”

We loved the proximity to the river (we saw crocodiles, peacocks, many birds and even a rhino bathing, all from our breakfast table) and the hotel itself was just really quaint. Comfy beds, nice rooms, amazing staff - especially the man who runs the restaurant, Sankita. He is the nicest person and obviously loves his job. He was so conversational and made sure to point animals out to us, even going so far as to say he’d knock on our door in the middle of the night if he saw any exciting animals! He is a credit to the hotel and honestly made our stay even better than it was.

Location was excellent, on the river with a Rhino having a soak one day as well. Many tours could be arranged on site which was brilliant.

Everything was good for us. We enjoyed the stay.

“Perfect spot to unwind by rivet”

Perfect spot to sit by the river and watch the animals. I saw rhinos and crocs from the hotel. Friendly staff who can organise all activities in the national park. They have their own on site guides.
