I booked the hotel for two nights. And I had a good experience here. The host is very welcoming, even pick me up at bus station in person. Also they provide bicycles for the guests. You can use it for free.The host even took me to look around Chitwan by bike. It made me get to know with Chitwan deeply. Besides they provide varieties of safari activities. You can just come here and pick what you’re interested in. Safari guides are professional.The food here is also good. If you wanna book a bus ticket, the host is also willing to help. All in all, you can just enjoy the life here, all the host and servants are kind and helpful.

“Lovely great place in the rice paddies a bit off main road”

Loved this place so much. Such a huge room with top-view on rice paddies. 10 minutes walk from main "city" area. Picked us up from tourist bus station for free. Delicious great breakfast, wifi, aircon all working well, kettle provided They offer tours but will not push you to sell a tour. They can arrange tuk-tuk or car and all other things. Nice garden area.

Such a lovely peaceful gem of a hotel, family owned, they really look after every request. Breakfast meals were lovely and such pretty natural gardens to sit in too. Booked the Safaris through hotel and had 2 excellent guides Kedar and Hem. Enjoyed the use of the free bikes into town a short 10 minute ride. Fabulous little town with some yummy restaurants.

I highly recommend this lovely place!! We were met at the bus park by the owner (son - Sanjay) who popped us in a tuk tuk, inclusive in the booking - which was a lovely touch. We were met by the owner (Dad - Dileep) on arrival at the hotel, a delightful human being who made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is in a great location, in a quiet spot just a short walk out of town. The food is great! The gardens are a lovely place to chill. The rooms are bright and beautifully presented ...annnnnd lovely and cool!! The hotel is warm and welcoming as soon as you step in and the hospitality of the owners is outstanding. By the end of four days we felt like family and friends. Both Dileep and Sanjay go out of their way to make sure you have so much more than just a comfortable stay but say the same time it's not too much (as can be the case in some places). We felt thoroughly looked after and really biting felt like it was too much trouble.

Hotel Tree Tops Nestled in the peaceful countryside, this lovely hotel offers great value for money, with stable electricity, hot water, and even air conditioning — a big plus in the warmer season. The owner keeps both the garden and the hotel environment beautifully maintained. The owner’s son kindly took us for a walk near the edge of Chitwan National Park, where — to our great surprise and delight — we saw a herd of deer returning home at dusk. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and full of care. One morning, as we were enjoying our meal, an elephant walked right past the hotel entrance — an unforgettable moment! Throughout our stay, the owner was attentive, always checking in on us and generously sharing insights about Nepali life and culture. “The Best hotel!”

probably the best hotel in Sauraha! it is very quiet and beautiful here and the staff is very hospitable. the hotel is located near rice fields, which creates an incredible atmosphere, and in the yard there is a beautiful garden where you can eat. the rooms are spacious and cozy. staying in this hotel brightened up my days here:)

Dilip is a helpful and attentive host without being overbearing. He has a good team working at the hotel. Food was good - we ate several times at the hotel. Gardens were nice and the hotel surroundings amongst the mustard fileds were good. We even saw a rhino right next to the hotel

Anywhere in Nepal, this hotel is outstanding! Besides having incredibly helpful staff, consistent hot water, and high-speed Wi-Fi that doesn't disconnect even during power outages, the food served in the restaurant is delicious too! It's a hotel I would definitely recommend to friends!

“Perfect base to relax and organise your tours to Chitwan”

Nice little hotel, in a very quiet and peaceful area but only 10 min walking from the main roads. Good facilities and a restaurant there, very handy. The owner Dilip and his family are always there to assist you and have a chat. We wanted to visit the national park and they organised everything for us, we spent 3 amazing days walking in the jungle! A special thanks to our guide Dipas and Raju that made the experience incredible!

“Lovely and comfortable space to stay with generous kind people.”

The hotel is located on a quiet road 15-20 mins walk away from the main street. The whole place is nice and tidy. The rooms are spacious and also clean. There is a kettle in the room and they are happy to provide a hairdryer when needed. They let you use one of their bikes if you don't feel walking to the main street. Everyone was really kind and helpful. The food was really nice. It was one of my favourite stays while I was in Nepal.

Nice and quite location. Loved the garden. Nice and clean though some maintenance on the carpet seems necessary. However, the staffs were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Kept us informed and inquiring about our arrival to the hotel. We travelled during the midst of the summer and it was very hot. So, mosquito nets were very nice. However there was no AC which made sleeping very tricky and a struggle. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
