The owners are very friendly. They helped me with organising a tour, bus reservation and also an unexpected visit to the doctor. The food served is great and the price/quality is excellent

“Sweatland of a sweat family”
Nirmala and her family are very kind and warm people. They treat you like if they would be receiving a dear friend. They have a confortable and clean guesthouse and a lovely garden. They are very helpful to organize the visits in the area. They recommended me to rent a bycicle to go to a lake nearby and as I am a solo traveller, they arranged the plan for me to go together with two other guests from another hostal who wanted to do the same. It has been the more authentic activity I did during my trip. We could really see how people live around the village. They arranged my canoeing and walking tour in the park the same way. The last day, I appreciated that they dropped me back at the bus station and thanked me for my stay offering me a nice flower from their garden and applying some butu on my forehead to bring me protection in my future travels. I liked to have a taste of the house made food as well. Nirmala doesn't have a fixed menu to offer you but she'll serve you the hearty meal she cooked for her family or arrange another dish for you with what she has at home.

The most amazing homestay in Nepal. It really feels like home, owned by the kindest family who will always take care of you and make you feel welcome, like you are the part of their family. Wifi is really fast and the rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you may need. Nice, ensuite bathroom and hot water available. Great location. And great value for money. Everything was perfect and I can’t wait to go back there again.

Good location, great food, working wifi, hot shower and very warm welcome. Family is trying very hard to make you satisfied, so you definitely enjoy your stay as we do. Some activities might be more expensive than in the travel agencies in town, but the hotel has really great guides and service so its totally worthy overall to go with them.

The owners of the hotel were really nice! The place os very well located, quiet and close to the center. The room was clean and very comfy. Good shower and good wifi too! They helped us to organize our safari tour which was really good👍. They even made us a cake for the birthday of my companion! I highly recommend to stay there, don't hesitate 😊
