Overview
Located in the village of Sauraha in Southern Nepal, Hotel Rainforest is only 500 metres away from Royal Chitwan National Park. Activities include bird watching, nature walks and jungle safaris. Rooms at Hotel Rainforest have private balconies featuring views of the garden, which attracts various birds and butterflies. On clear days, the view includes the Himalayas’ largest peak. Each air-conditioned room has a TV, fan and sofa. Hot water is available 24 hours a day. Hotel Rainforest offers a 24-hour front desk and a tour desk. Guests can join a jungle tour to see rare animal species, or go canoeing along the Rapti River. The hotel also features ethnic dances, which guests can participate in. Buffet breakfast is served at the hotel. Café De La Paix offers local and international dishes. Hotel Rainforest can be reached via a 25-minute domestic flight from Kathmandu to Bharatpur, followed by a 30-minute drive from Bharatpur Airport to the hotel.

Great location, rooms, breakfast and pool! highly recommend. We booked our tours through the hotel reception and our guide (Asouk) was absolutely brilliant. Easy walk to the river. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Hotel restaurant also really good. Pool was clean and a really good size.

the hotel is located in very nice garden with lots of birds, the room was big, the swimming pool big and clean, we spent all the free time at the pool, good breakfast, very close are restaurants, shops, tourist offices where you can book the jungle attractions

Location, on main street, but away for the noise. The relaxing swimming pool with restaurant service. The ample gardens in between room blocks The very good breakfast with options prepared just for you. The posibility of going to excursions directly from the hotel at no extra cost, the same for transport tickets to other cities The owner Mr Rajendra Kumar Bista always ready to help and supervising an excelente staff Great place to stay in Suahara

“Relaxing in nice surrondings”
The atmosphere was really nice! The location was good. We had both safari and a chill day by the pool. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed staying here.

The staff are very kind and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. The location too is central and very good I primarily booked for the pool and it was so nice to enjoy an evening swim, after the jeep safari, it was my first and only swimming pool in Nepal:) Overall would definitely recommend the hotel
