I am not really happy about writing this review because location was beautiful and staff was friendly towards me. Unfortunately once I entered my room I immediately saw bed bugs crawling over the bed. I understand it can happen in such a busy touristic place. However once I checked under the mattress I could see no one ever cleaned that bed. Sheets were very dirty. They showed me another room on different tree so I told myself it will be ok, its far away from the insected one. The room was very simple, same as the other one but clean and tidy. So I was happy with the solution untill they told me I have to pay double the price for this room. I don´t reallly see the point of paying more because the room is clean compare the other one. All of them should be clean! Other thing is that they acted like bed bugs are not such a big deal. So I don´t believe they tried to get rid of them. Just be aware. The possitive side is they refunded my money, no anger, they were polite.

One of my favourite places I’ve stayed! Food was incredible, yoga deck for personal practice was beautiful and the natural swimming pool and view is breathtaking in the morning! I found the staff to be friendly, a group of younger friends running it so it’s casual but I liked this.

Great vibes at happy lemon tree lodge. Dharmik looked after us and was really accommodating. We ended up staying an extra day. They also organised our safari in Chitwan on short notice with a very experienced guide for a really great price as well (we compared prices with two other companies). Thanks for everything.

It's a magical place near the river. The rooms are comfortable, the shower hot and people are very nice. 100% recommended!

This was my second visit within a year. I absolutely love this place , the vibe and the location is unique .You feel completely at one with nature . We had the treehouse on the riverbank which was a great location .

The location of this place is amazing.. upu sit over looking the river so tranquil and can see wild animals. The food was also very good although rather pricey. The staff were friendly and nice.. and again location location location

It’s very close to the river where is easy to see crocodiles. Also my kids were enjoying the swimming pool and movies outside.

Obsessed with this place - so unique. Somehow feels like living in the jungle and a luxury hotel. Staff and dogs so nice. Loved my safari with Bishnu. Having breakfast looking over at the river with the crocs swimming by was a highlight. Loved the pool and yoga room. Loved ending the day with an outdoor movie night and a masala chai. The perfect stay
