“Scenic stay in the countryside”
Location and the outlook over the countryside from the cottage on the ridge is superb. Torild can supply excellent breakfasts with produce from the farm and the local area. Great to talk to her about farming methods the local area and customs.

The house is wery nice outside, and inside. Outside you find terrace, and nice mountains view from. Inside is beautiful old style interior. There is all what you need for living(kitchen stuffs,dish washer, clean bed sheets, towels, fire wood,), and more. Nice sauna. We really recommend to wisit this warm, and nice place!

Excellent location combined with extremely welcoming owners provide a unique vibe of calm and positive energy. It is not just a farm stay, it is like staying in your own mountain hut, next to a small farm that is owned by your very close friends.

It is located in a remote area, 3 km on a climbing gravel road. However, this means peace and quiet. City of Notodden is only 25 minutes away. Excellent staff.

The location is just wonderful, beautiful surroundings and great view. The host is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We got to enjoy the selfmade food and bakery too!

“Cozy house with an amazing view.”
Great house i a little bit remote location. Here you can enjoy silence and nature. View from the house is amazing. You have everything for cooking, fridge and coffee maker. Very comfortable bed, slept like a baby here. No TV but for me it’s just an advantage, good Wi-Fi though. One hour drive from Gaustabanen and 20 min from Heddal stavkirke.
