We had a lovely stay albeit a short one we were greeted up a long road by his beautiful dog who turned around and showed us our way to the property as it was a late booking the room was adequate in size and was well equiped with a lovely comfortable bed and coffee and tea making facilities 👌 we will definitely be returning thanks for your wonderful hospitality

Excellent host.

Stephan , the host, was superb.. I was travelling alone by motorbike. He initially informed me of local restaurants, but then said he’d cook for me…. Had a brilliant dinner, had to turn down pudding/coffee as I was “stuffed”, but not the wine accompaniment…. It’s a family home , so looks lived in…. But it’s safe , secure and welcoming….

Amazing, peaceful place! Very friendly and helpful hosts. We enjoyed the garden, the breakfast was delicious. Great place for families with kids.

Such warm and friendly hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. So much effort made to provide us with a breakfast to takeaway. We didn’t really have time to enjoy all of the facilities as we were just passing through. If in the area again I would definitely consider staying here.

The owners were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was terrific, lovely homemade yoghurt and other items. The owners dogs were very friendly and played with our pets who had a great time running around the garden freely.

Great location for a stopover en route to Northern Spain. Very friendly family run property with swimming pool to cool down after a long day’s drive. Great for our dogs with large enclosed grounds and friendly house dogs. Supermarket and cheap fuel 10 minutes away towards autoroute. Comfortable en-suite room with bath. “Amazing”

loved our short one night stay here. Absolute gem of a place. Amazing hosts, amazing house, and pool. kids had a great time playing with the dogs and in the gardens. will definitely look to stay again. breakfast was lovely .

We had an excellent stay in Domaine de La Sarrotte! The host was very welcoming and helpful. The place is very beautiful. The breakfast excellent in a nice atmosphere. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi, but our favourite was the table tennis!

Very friendly hosts went above and beyond to ensure everything was good. Quite a quirky place off the beaten track. Nearby town had a good pizzeria. Our dog had a great time playing with the two friendly resident dogs. The breakfast was fantastic made by Stephan and also made us ‘coffee to go’.

Excellent value Stopped over here on the way through France from the UK. Really friendly people with beautiful friendly dogs. Our dog enjoyed running around the field with theirs. We were made to feel very welcome. Way more breakfast than we could eat. Such a shame we were only passing through for a quick overnight stop, I would have happily spent a day relaxing there.

We arrived late at night (past 23;30) but was no problem. The host is very welcoming friendly and helpful. Beds are good and room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast is delicious with homemade goods. The location is great, peaceful quiet and very beautiful. Spacious garden. We had a lovely stay and hope to stay here again! I wish my French was a bit better so I could communicate a bit more. Very social host. I recommend! Especially with kids. Thank you so much!

Lovely comfortable clean accommodation, very friendly hosts, breakfast was perfect - lots of delicious homemade items provided and everything was fresh and very tasty. Hosts went out of their way to accommodate us.

The warm welcome, we felt very much at home. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was delicious including French baguette with various homemade jams, ham, cheese, croissants & yoghurt.
