“Nice Accomodations”
The hotel is operational only in the summer as it is otherwise a dorm for a school. However, the rooms were comfortable for our purposes. The rooms were well cleaned. The bed was quite comfortable. The provided breakfast was very good with lots of typical Icelandic options and choices more familiar to a Canadian. The staff were welcoming. Would recommend this as a relatively affordable option for your summer travels.

“Nice for a short stay during the summer”
Good location, helpful and friendly staff, very clean rooms w/private bathrooms and comfy beds. Good parking area also. N.B. this is a dorm during school season so the rooms are basic with only beds and a desk in them. Facilities/amenities are in shared areas.

Complete lack of any efforts at any interior design in the hotel. All was just designed to supply the services efficiently with no attempt at projecting any feeling of cozyness
