“Good place to sleep and hire Uaz (transport to the lake)”

It was super central and the owner’s husband owned Uaz that we hired to take us Kaindy Lake. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying enough. The lady owner was helpful and accommodating. She works at the nearby store.

Very kind and welcoming host. It was great that we could check in after 11 p.m. The room was clean and nicely decorated, the breakfast was very good and served on time, and there’s a shop just next door.

The host was exceptionally kind and attentive. The homemade breakfast was delicious, and the overall hospitality made me feel truly welcome. Excellent value for money!

It is completely proportional in terms of money and accommodation. It's like a university dormitory. There are 6 rooms with single and double beds. WC, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Rooms and all common areas are clean, sheets and pillows are clean and do not smell bad. The price is cheap, in the center by the roadside, there are cafes and food places within walking distance. Clean and breakfast is the original products of the village. The lady in charge is very friendly and smiling. Her husband picked us up from the hotel and took us to Kaindai upper lake at a very reasonable price and brought us back to the hotel. I would definitely recommend it to those who do not have high expectations. The road to Kaindai is very bad. Pity your car and tires. Do not go with your own vehicle.

The guest house is located at the main road of the small town of Saty. From here Bus drivers will take you to Kaindy Lake and you can drive in 20 minutes to kolsay lake. The place was very clean and the host super friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The property is located on the main road of Saty and has a large parking area. To recognise it, look for a brown iron gate. The house was big and very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. It is a good solution if you want to stay in Saty to visit Kaindy and Kolsai lakes.

Breakfast is good.

This is village, so you should not expect a lot from the properties there. Location is good, close to the restaurant and super market. It was clean as well. Wifi was good. Simple breakfast included

Great location, clean house, helpful and kind host. The breakfast is included in the price and it's freshly made by the host every morning! It was very delicious and versatile, the amount was also sufficient, it surely kept us full for hours. :)

Central location in Saty so good site to head out to either Kolsai or Kaindy Lakes Bedrooms small but comfortable. Modern in most aspects.

Completely new clean rooms, toilet and bathroom. Great location. Delicious fresh breakfast. And most importantly, an extremely hospitable owner! She got up at 2AM for us to check in as we couldn't make it earlier. Best place to stay in Saty!

“Stay away!!!”

Very nice host, trying to be helpful. This is a new separated house in their family courtyard, with few bedrooms and includes a common guest area for separate shower and toilet, both very clean. I warmly recommend it as an option to support local tourism development. The conditions are in line with the photos and the price.

“Hard to find the place”

After booking I got a message that the room wasn't available. I was already in the village so I went anyway but walked around for almost an hour and couldn't find the place. Maybe because it was already dark but I had no other option then to book something else. Owner was a bit annoyed I didn't showed up but cancelled the booking the day after.

Really tasty breakfast and super cute host!! We booked a trip with them to Kainy lake for 17k KZT (it’s cheaper than the “taxi”)
