the property inside the saty village. if you want to go kalsai lake bus station, is walking distance. i like all about the property because it have all the thing that we need. the owner also help us to search for taxi to go to kolsay and kaindsy lake. certain review i read said the owner not friendly but for me, both of owners is look like introvent person and their both not confident to talk in english but their try and we laugh together as we use so many body language. the properties more village environment. got aound of hen, cow and is so good. refreshing.

The water pressure was strong and the place is very cosy! The hosts are very accommodating and easy to talk to. With the amount you pay this is worth it.

It has almost everything a traveller needs but it's very basic. Definitely good value for money. If you don't like being woken up by rooster crows then you may need to look elsewhere. I enjoyed the experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. There is a delightful restaurant on the main road for food.

The property is very nice and comfortable. Easy to find from the main road. Everything inside the property is good. For a small size property, it has everything a small kitchenette, a bathroom good enough for a short stay. The owner was very helpful and the breakfast was alright. Overall quite happy with the property and location.

To be fair, this "resort" (it's actually just 2 tiny homes located in the middle of a small village on an empty muddy piece of land) is in an area that is really trying hard to become a destination for which I applaud. However, the info on Booking is completely unrepresentative of what this place actually is. First off, it's fenced in and the manager, of which you have to WhatsApp to contact and they only speak Kazakh so you'd better have internet and Google Translate downloaded, has to unlock the gate to let you in. You are then locked in for the night, so if you want to get your car out, you have to be in touch with the manager which was completely unacceptable for us. You have to pay cash which isn't stated anywhere on the website and there isn't an ATM available in the village. Since we had no way to pay, we had to find another hotel for the night. The place we ended up staying for the night was significantly lower in price.

The view from the hotel is astonishing. We just stayed there for a few hours cause we have to go back to Almaty. It was a very comfortable, good location hotel if you want to go to Kolsay Lake

A clean and comfortable stay with everything you need to be self-contained. Cool and unique property!

The host is very kind and helpful. She makes dinner and breakfast for the guests for free. The place is clean and tidy. The en suite tiny house provides sufficient hot water. The house is next to a mosque. Guests could easily locate it. Plus, the host's little kitty is cute and eager to play with people.
