Five stars location, both intimate and luxurious in terms of accomodation (elegant, handcrafted furnishings, comfortable, quality linens, private patio with outdoor seating), featuring an incredible hospitality from the owners - the most warm, welcoming, and inspiring hosts you could wish for (generous, free upgrade offer for the room, taking time to greet guests, explain the history and design of the property, offer local recommendations for dining, activities & places to visit), as well as a delicious breakfast with fresh, natural, and local products, fresh home-made pastries, juice, and cheese, always served with a smile by the hosts! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

“Beautiful property in Tuscany”

Best part of staying in the property is meeting the Owner Marco. He was very hospitable and very passionate about explaining the area and producers from there. We also loved the beautiful views out side. Breakfast was excellent and rooms were neat and clean

“Wellness break”

The accommodation offers a slice of heaven due to its peaceful and tranquil location away from the stressors of daily life. It is 5 minutes drive from the natural hot springs and the Saturnia Spa hotel. The room was very comfortable and the views of the garden and luscious Tuscan countryside calm the mind. Marco gave us a very warm welcome and he was professional, helpful by giving us any advice needed and he was very attentive while serving breakfast which was very authentic and genuine made of homemade products. So happy we have discovered this magical place!

“Incredible must stay”

Everything! Our host was amazing. Local knowledge was incredible. Our breakfast included all organic and fresh ingredients from his own local farm that his family made - using family recipes. We were absolutely spoilt. The room was immaculate. And the views were beautiful. We were so happy with everything we even went to his local farm and bought a bottle of his own family wine, named after his daughter. Have already recommended to friends from Australia to go visit.

You are lucky if you get a place on that villa. Breathtaking views, fresh air, not too far from the village Saturnia. We were catered for a perfect breakfast, not sweet one like all Italians do. Thanks so much Tiziana for that. Also the owner delivered to us a crate of his own organic red wine ( extra charge for wine , but the price is fair). I would high recommend to get this wine.

Owner was amazing. He was so proud of his village and the people, was amazing to listen to his stories. His breakfast was next level with everything prepared in house or home grown.

Everything new and everywhere clean. Warm welcome, warm environment, fantastic breakfast. It's near the hot springs. there is also a small town with fantastic restaurants, where they cook excellently.

Marco was such a fantastic host. The accommodation is located 3-5 min drive to the thermal springs and the local town center which offers some excellent restaurants. Breakfast is perfectly prepared by Marco using local organic produce. We highly recommend this accommodation and will most definitely revisit in the near future!

“We had only 1 night here and wish it had been longer”

Marco was so welcoming and friendly. The views are stunning, it is so peaceful. The breakfast was fabulous. All local with no preservatives.

We stayed here to be local to the hot springs, and the hotel is perfectly situated for this. Aside from the springs themselves, the best thing about our stay was our experience at breakfast, meeting the excellent host Marco - full of great advice, and information about the locally sourced and mostly hand made breakfast (including a ricotta cheese made the day before), which was delicious. It’s often the people that make a stay memorable, and Marco ensured a wonderful one night stay. We’d definitely return and would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the area.
