Property looks like in photos. If you walk to Saturnia springs by foot you will find better spot of springs, best place to relax is up the hill where river flows, not the actual cascades that we see in photos. There is not much to do around, but our main reason for travel was thermal springs. In Saturnia village you can find fresh bread, and there is nice eco cosmetic shop. Main thing about this property are owners, Mateo and his father, they are wonderful and helpful people. And of course we loved cats.

Peaceful & lovely garden

Nice house with a well-kept neat yard, beautiful grass, trees and flowers. Very difficult to find, gps navigation leads to a forest road that needs 4x4 vehicle. Far away from civilization. There's a discount for day parking near the Cascate (hourly it's very expensive there).

For me that place is the n1 place in Italy for relaxation, I liked the hot springs and 🍷 wine and 🫒 olive handmade by owner!

The villa was not near public transport, which I didn't research, however when the host realised we were without a car and stuck in town several klms uphill away, he had his lovely father come get us.

I was travelling by public transport so it was a little tricky to find, but with the help of Googlemaps I got there and it was a pleasant walk (2ms) from the bus-stop. Mattheo the host met me and he drove me up to the village (another 2kms - a pleasant walk, as I discovered the next day, but it was getting dark ...) so I could buy food to cook. He also arranged for his father to give me a lift back. So I was very happy about that as I had been a bit uncertain about how I was going to eat that night ... all was well. Olive oil, wine and honey produced on the family land was supplied, and they were all absolutely delicious. Some coffee and tea was also provided. The only thing missing from the kitchen was a pair of scissors ...! Otherwise, everything was perfect. It is not luxury accommodation in material terms - the furniture was quite basic and spartan - but everything was clean and functional. The location is absolutely superb - just a ten minute walk to the natural hot springs and another short walk to the big hotel where you can luxuriate all day in the pools and lounge in the sauna there - and all of it in a beautiful, well-kept natural setting. There is a small garden front and back of the accommodation where one might sit if the sun were shining - though unfortunately it rained most of the time I was there. Nonetheless, a very pleasant stay.

Lots of greenery, practically furnished apartment, peace and quiet. Parking directly in front of the apartment. The Cascate del Mulino natural thermal baths are a 20-minute walk away.

Fantastic home with spacious grass garden that our children and little puppy really enjoyed. The home was very warm, clean, comfortable and had a well stocked kitchenette with full sized fridge, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The host was very responsive with communications and we also appreciated nice little touches like artisan olive oil, honey and wine which greeted us upon our arrival. The home is conveniently located next to the golf course, and within 10 min walking distance via a little track to Cascata del Mulino.
