One of the warmest hotels that i have ever been , very nice host . the room is big and equipped with kitchen and all what you need . astonishing location for low cost . i love to support private business which uses his own made vegetables and other stuff . Thank you for one of my best ever stays in the whole world .

If you are looking to stay in a place close to Cascate del Mulino amd enjoy the natural hot springs nearby, look no further! Tha place is literally 5'walk from the natural hot springs, through a walking path in the forest. Overall we had a pleasant stay, very nice breakfast options, room good size, slightly outdated though. A bit isolated from other options, so driving is essential. Saturnia village is 10'drive but not walkable.

we had a lovely short stay. the location is ideal for visint the cascata del mulino. staff are friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was full of variety.

The staff were very kind and gave us clear directions on how to access the waterfall. The room had a traditional atmosphere, and since it was on the ground floor, it was quite dark. (My husband actually liked that part—it really depends on personal preference.) I think most people stay here for the waterfall, and for that, it’s absolutely perfect. It’s only a 5-minute walk, and you enter from the opposite side of the main entrance, so you can avoid the crowds. We also felt safe leaving our belongings in the room. After visiting the waterfall, it was so convenient to come straight back to the room for a shower—it made the whole experience very relaxed. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the staff kindly asked if we’d like coffee and brought it to us. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay!

“Fantastico!”
I stayed here to visit the Terme di Saturnia, and the access from the hotel was excellent and well-maintained, making the way to the hot springs very comfortable. The room was very clean, spacious, cozy, and beautiful, the staff was extremely kind, and the breakfast was great too. Everything was perfect during my stay. I truly appreciate your warm hospitality. I will definitely come back!

Very tasty breakfast, good ingredients, fresh fruits, juices, jams, excellent coffee. Great location a few minutes walk from the hot springs of Cascate del Mulino,private pool with hot water.Great, friendly staff. A shop in the hotel with choice of original oriental jewelry and other stuffs that shows a good taste and artistic spirit of the hotel owner. You can also buy fresh olive oil and wine produced by nearby farms.

“Beautiful estate with private access to Cascate del Mulino”
Lovely drive to the property and we loved the private access to the free natural hot springs- Cascate del Mulino. Also very close to the lookout point to view the hot pools from afar. Breakfast spread was lovely and the staff were very nice.

“Perfect for natural hot springs”
Perfect place for the natural hot springs. Just a 5min walk down a private path. Their pool, also feed by the springs and quite natural looking. We loved the pool but we were visited by a snake and a lizard. Our room was enough, though pillows not overly comfortable and shower does make bathroom a bit wet, but nothing too bad. We only stayed one night and breakfast was fantastic. Closed food for lunch or dinner is at the springs.

Loved our stay, hosts were friendly Nd accommodating, the access to the Cascate very convenient. Breakfast was served by a very nice lady. Loved the village of Saturnia close by for restaurants
