The apartment is very spacious, clean and most welcoming. We asked for more towels and they were provided immediately. The area was incredible wonderful and ideal to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

“Amazing view and atmosphere”
A very beautiful, super clean, really well-equipped house with big apartments on the top of the hill. The view from our apartment was amazing. Nothing can be compared to this silence and clean air and clean sky during the night. Also, we loved to have the pets around. We received lots of suggestions from the owner for possibilities around, he was very kind, helpful and flexible.

When we got there Stefano was already waiting with a coffee. The property is beautiful, very quiet and perfect to relax. The kitchen was very well equipped and the flat felt very homey. We would definitely return.

Loved it! It’s an amazing agriturismo. Location is perfect, just a 5min ride from downtown Sassoferrato. All necessary amenities were there, great pool, apartment was clean, and very dog friendly. Area was also perfect, lots to do!

Very friendly helpful host. Very quiet rural location, though it is isolated meaning you definitely need a car that can cope with a steep stoney road.

If someone is looking for a totally out of the way place, this is for them, silence and total relaxation. The hosts are very nice. The apartments have very well equipped kitchens, they are large and spacious. For us it was fantastic that we could be with our two dogs. We highly recommend it

“All in all very relaxing”
Stefano is an excellent and very friendly host. He was open to answer all of our questions and gave useful tipps. Our dog was more than welcome also by his female dog Nana. Would recommand the place for everyone who loves quietness, cycling, good food, nature etc.

Beautiful, quiet and scenic rural location, just outside Sassoferrato. The apartment (#1) was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Really nicely decorated and furnished farmhouse style accomodation. The host Stefano was very flexible with our checkin and is a very responsive and gracious person. When I return to this area I will stay here again.

Excellent airco with a big kitchen whereby one could easily cook. Swimming pool also great. Location a bit remote from the town but this is also its charm. Quiet and beautiful scenery

Nice place to stay further from city noise. Although small city of Sassoferrato is just 5 miuntes away by car. Host Stefano was really helpful, resolved all of our questions. Apartments where spacious and comfortable. Views are magnificent as the property stands on hill.
