A lovely and cozy place to stay. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The lake is beautiful, and we really enjoyed the peaceful private grounds. We would be happy to come back for a longer stay.

The host was very flexible with late check-in. Location is beautiful, room is clean.

“Amazing accommodation in the middle of nature”

The owner welcomed us already at the parking lot. they also accommodated kittens. The room with a balcony and a view of nature was perfect! And the amazing breakfast that he made for us in the evening since we were leaving at night. Amazing hospitality ♥️

The villa is located 5-6 km from Sassetta and it is nested on a small hill surrounded by forest. The host (Andrea) was amazing and really was there for us. In general amazing stay. The lake is perfect for swimming and cooling off during the hot summer days. The water is of a green to turquoise hue and the lake has a platform in the middle for sunbathing or jumping into the water. The room where we stayed did not have AC but one is not really needed as the temperature is just right even do we visited in July. Everything else was just right. Ample parking.

Andrea and his teams are exceptional. They take so much care and see that you enjoy your stay at Villa Sant' Anna. From recommengin to booking restaurants, helping you if streets are closed, recommending beaches that are good for your group, always with a smile.... The breakfast is small, but the offered food is really good. The rooms have a good size and everything you need. You can sit outside and enjoy the countryside. What I also really liked was that the room was cleaned every day - especially nice if you go to the beach.

We had a wonderful holiday, away from everyday life, in a beautiful place, by a clean lake. Andrea, the owner, helped us with everything, Monia gave delicious breakfasts, we highly recommend it to everyone looking for peace and true relaxation, a great base for trips to the sea and Tuscan towns.

Location is excellent. So quiet place close to the sea, unique lake.
