Overview
A family-run stone farmhouse with outdoor swimming pool, the Tenuta Seripa is set in the green and quiet Tuscan countryside. All rustic rooms offer free Wi-Fi. Parking is free, and the seaside in San Vincenzo is a 30-minute drive away. The rooms feature traditional terracotta floors, antique furniture, and exposed wooden beams on the ceiling. Some have a balcony, and some come with spa bath. Self-catering accommodation is also available. The Tenuta's restaurant serves typical local food. Breakfast is a generous buffet including homemade cakes.

“Peacful place lost in Tuscan hills”
It is a truly wonderful place, lost jn the west Tuscan hills. If you want nature, peace and dostance from civilisation, you’ll find it there. The hosts were very friendly and the swimming pool views - devine. We were lucky to be there in not so busy week, so it was peacful and quiet.

“Great escape”
We had a beautiful stay here, in the middle of nowhere, great escape from the urban life. The stuff very friendly and they do things very carefully and with great attention to detail. Also delicios and fresh breakfasts and dinner with ever changing menu to delight your plate.

The dinner was extremely good and I don't say this too often. Jen presented an extremely versatile Tuscan Cuisine with fresh ingredients - sooooo good The service and staff, you guys were incredible, extremely friendly, thoughtful and always with a smile, it felt like home The property is great, free parking, dog friendly, nice rooms and the nice garden and pool

We can highly recommend this place. Great location with beautiful views all around. Comfortable and very clean room. Very good breakfast with daily choices of all kind of snacks/sweets. Possibilities for lunch/diner on site as well. Friendly staff who can give nice suggestions about things to see and do in the region.

We stayed at Tenuta Seripa to relax, enjoy sun and good food for a small week. And it was great! We loved the fact that this is a very quiet place, with a great view from the terrace. Also, the staff is very helpful and kind. Even though the place is for a small number of guests, they managed to change certain items of the breakfast everyday. Dinner was great too, we tried almost the entire menu. We would recommend this to anyone looking to relax for a couple of days. The facility, rooms and pool are clean and well maintained. The access-road is no problem, even for the smallest low-horsepower cars (like we had). Grazi!
