“Excellent stay!”

It’s in the historical center of a medieval city in the middle of a forest, gorgeous Mountain View, super quiet and peaceful. We had the best sleep here, the mattress and the pillows are new and high level hotel standards. The apartment is newly furnished preserving the history and also modern.

Everything, from before we arrived until after we left, was amazing. Debora was very welcoming and actively ensured we were comfortable in the apartment, providing us with some local tips, and was very prompt in responding to any of our messages. Aside from that, the apartment exceeded all expectations. Super clean, spacious, too cute, beautiful view, and everything we could need was supplied.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Tuscany. It’s the perfect place to disconnect, surrounded by stunning landscapes, and located about 30 minutes to an hour away from the more touristy spots. In autumn, it feels like a hidden gem—peaceful and serene, yet close enough to explore the area easily. The apartment itself is a dream! It has a classic and cozy feel, and it's fully equipped with everything you might need. One of the highlights was the stunning terrace with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. The heating system worked perfectly, which was especially important for the cooler evenings. There’s also a Smart TV, so one can relax watching streaming channels after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fantastic—well-stocked with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, and even basic essentials like oil, salt, and sugar, which made cooking really easy. There’s also a fridge, a stove, and beautiful dishware, all in perfect condition. The bathroom was spotless and lovely, with plenty of hot water, shampoo, soap, and towels for showers. The two bedrooms were very comfortable and charming, each with great views. One bedroom had a large double bed and a slightly smaller one, while the other had another big, comfy bed. Both rooms were well-decorated and had everything you’d expect: wardrobes, mirrors, nightstands, lamps—it felt like home. Honestly, the apartment was even better than it looked in the pictures, which is saying something! We loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay. I also have to mention the host—she was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering us great tips on local spots. Her recommendations were spot-on, especially the nearby thermal baths, which were an absolute highlight of our trip. If you're planning to stay here, make sure to follow her advice. Communication was always easy and quick. P.S. The internet worked pretty well!.

“SASSETTA AND LE DAME DE BORGO - HIDDEN SECRET OF TUSCANY!”

Parfect stay in stone house in incredible Sassetta, 1000 years old little town.Real Toscana from our dreams.Nearby are Roman Spa, vineyards and it is very close from the sea but with feeling you are living (not just staying) with locals far a way from touristic crowd. We were waked up by birds singing, looking on marvelous nature with forests from our window.Scent of Italian coffee on our terrace and morning meditation while sun rays are warming you and this ancient stones.The owner Debora was always at our disposal, with great tips and so passionate about her work.She makes our family stay in Sassetta just perfect.If you want to become real Tuscan(Toscani) in just few days just stay there and enjoy!

Everything was just perfect, the place met our all expectations. Very cozy, romantic, authentic apartments with a truly toscan atmosphere!
