Overview
Campo Di Carlo is a charming bed and breakfast offering comfortable accommodation in an ancient stone farmhouse, surrounded by the centuries-old woods of Val di Cecina and Val di Cornia. Close to the Etruscan Coast, this beautiful period building was carefully renovated. All of the property’s ancient charm was preserved and the building now houses comfortable en suite rooms, still preserving many of the attractive original features. A generous buffet breakfast is available every day and the well-equipped central kitchen is available for guests’ use. Around the main buildings, a huge, well-kept park and the outdoor swimming pool, equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers, parasols and a pavilion, provide the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a peaceful relaxing stay. Comfortable, attractive and rustic, Campo di Carlo is a great choice for a regenerating countryside break.

A beautiful spot in Tuscany The accomodation is traditional and very comfortable Christina is an amazing host and very helpful with things of interest in the area. Make sure you have a car so you can explore the pretty old villages or the beaches nearby A beautiful continental breakfast every morning and a fantastic swimming pool! Can’t wait to go back

Thank you for the wonderful stay! From the warm welcome upon arrival to the comfortable room and excellent service throughout our entire stay, we felt very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide selection of fresh local foods. The cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. The host Cristina is very kind and helpful. The room was charming and cosy at the same time and the place has a gorgeous landscape view. The breakfast was delicious (the cheesecake to die for), if you are vegan just tell her in advance and she'll have special plant base options for you. We went to the thermal spa next to it the next day and you can ask for a discount if you stay at Cristina's. I surely recommend this place and I'll come back!

“Lovely stay”

The place is located in a quiet mountain area. The stay was peaceful and comfortable, and the owner was super helpful and introduced us a lot about the surrounding area and towns. Breakfast was great, and there're nice facilities like playground for kids, table tennis and a pool on the site. Parking was also convenient and free of charge.

absolutely gorgeous location, green quiet and very well kept. The room (and bathroom) was very spacious. Traditional but with modern facilities. Unfortunately it was a bit cold for the swimming pool, but it looked very clean and large. The host (Cristina) was extremely helpful and friendly. Due to a ferry delay we arrived after check-in, but she made a great video for us how to park and get to the room. The breakfast was delicious and a great mix between traditionally Italian and a more Northern-European breakfast, which is great since we are a Dutch/Italian couple. We’ll be back.

“Fantastic”
Campo Di Carlo is in a beautiful rural location a short drive from lovely Tuscan villages for sightseeing and great food, and some excellent beaches. We stayed with our toddler, and all the space and pool, as well as the on-site kitchen, was just what we needed. Cristina the host was so helpful and accommodating - recommending and booking local restaurants and sights, and making everyone feel at home. Breakfast was a delicious spread with a fab view. We had a wonderful week.
