Bernsteinsee Hotel is situated in the southern Lüneburg Heath, between Wolfsburg and Hanover. Surrounded by nature, the modern 3-star hotel faces the Bernsteinsee lake and a wide sandy beach. “Guest management training needed ASAP”
The idea is great-everything is basically right there. Our hotel building and room was very nice, modern and comfortable. The lake is great, plenty of room even when the weather is nice and there is a big crowd. The amenities are nice, there is a beach bar with snacks, drinks, etc…the water skiing machine option is a nice bonus for the brave! The restaurant options are varied and there seems to be adequate seating even at breakfast.

The only thing that could be improved, is the bed. I am a big boy (99kg), and the matras was soft and thin. So I practically laid on the wooden planks.

“Excellent new spacious comfort hotel room in a nature environment.”
Brand new hotel room provided in a comfort room. Very spacious and nicely equipped. Heated floors in the bathroom. Nice location around the beach and water sports area. Nature trails and environment.

we just spent one night and we found it totally spontaneous. We never heard about the Bernsteinsee before. The room was really clean and comfortable. It was really quiet as well.
