“A potentially beautiful house that needs a tidy up and lift in quality”
The room upstairs was lovely. Could use a lift in quality of bathroom products, individual products would feel nicer than shared with strangers. Window coverings, especially in the bathroom, would be appreciated.

“I did not stay as no one was at the premises”
I arrived for check in at 3.45pm for 4 pm on Wednesday 13 September. No person Appeared to acknowledge my knocking Or bell ringing or tapping on the window I waited 35 minutes but no one was at The Whitehouse despite having taken My payment for 3 days’ accommodation and an extra $50 per day for my dog in a supposedly dog friendly accommodation. It was late, I had to get some accommodation for me and my dog. I had to pay for a second accommodation. I want a refund of my money paid in good faith when no accommodation was offered. I spoke to the next door neighbour who said she had never heard of anyone staying as a guest at the Whitehouse.

“Interesting/comfortable stay in the Dandenong Ranges.”
The house and room were really nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from the sitting table was nice. The kitchen was also well stocked.
