This small, eco-friendly Saskatoon hotel is located across the street from the University of Saskatchewan and Royal University Hospital, and within 1.5 km of Saskatoon city centre and the Broadway area. “Excellent place near university and hospital”
The room was spacious. There were also two common areas which are great. One had a dining table and a second table looking out of a large window with stools. I used this room a lot for work as it was quiet and had free coffee and tea. The second common room had couches.

“Grateful for such a reasonable priced accommodation l”
I didn’t partake in any breakfast, because my first appointment in the city was quite early. I was please with the accommodations for the dollars I spent and the locations proximity to my appointments was fantastic. Area was quite and I enjoyed a good nights sleep.
