“Wonderful experience and stay, BUT with a lot to improve. Much better than any other Sasebo Hotel”
The free Ice machine, I loved it. The room Ice bucket, I loved it. The entire bathroom, toilet, bathtub etc I loved it. The room space I loved it. The Front Desk ladies service was wonderful, honest friendly and speaking english. Basically the atmosphere, the comfort and the space, I loved it. Almost all other hotels give me the oppposite feeling, bad negative atmosphere feeling. Quintessa was great in that regard, makes me feel welcome and like at home.

-The room was in the corner so a little bit larger than expected -The staffs were all very welcoming and helpful, with professional awareness -The breakfast area was nice and comfy -The parking lot staff was very patient though my family couldn’t say Japanese well

“Great location”

The breakfast was mostly a traditional Japanese breakfast with an excellent selection. The laundry room was also accessible and affordable.

Location for Central Sasebo was quite good. Close to the shopping street.

The hotel location was a little far from Sasebo Station. I think it took about 20 minutes to walk from Sasebo Station to the hotel.

Good location for what I was there for. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfasts were as good as expected. Laundry room 24/7 a plus.

“quaint hotel at the center of Sasebo-chuo”
very near to the Matsuura Railway station Sasebo-chuo. near to one of the best halal kebab Queen Kebab pn the Sun Plaza. You can leave the luggage prior to check in and out. the room is spacious as it is an old hotel but well maintained.
