The location was great! A front row seat for the fireworks and a perfect starting point for all of the attractions! The staff was extremely helpful, and they actually made the stay fun. especially the bartender! I don't remember his name, but he was very fun to watch make the drinks and interact with the customers. He deserves a raise! And the (American?) young lady working the front desk, incredibly helpful! She saved the trip for me! I very much look forward to my next stay! Thank you for a great time!!!

“A Refreshing Blend of Comfort and Luxury!”

You can take the shuttle bus within the park to the Harbour Area and then walk for about two minutes to reach the hotel, which is extremely convenient. I stayed in a harbour-view suite this time, and the view from the window was wonderful. The room was incredibly spacious, and the sofa area beside the bed was very comfortable—enjoying a coffee and chatting there would be a real pleasure. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the food quality was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to travellers who enjoy vintage-style accommodations, as well as to those who plan to leave the park by train the next day. The hotel also provides a special luggage delivery service: upon checkout, your luggage can be sent free of charge to the park entrance. This allows you to enjoy a full day in the park without returning to the hotel—simply pick up your luggage at the baggage counter when you’re ready to leave and catch the tram with ease. It’s an exceptionally thoughtful and well-designed service.

The multi-entertainment. Space flights. Dinosaur flights. Flying around the world. The visuals of the origins of flowers. The lost maze!!! The gardens of beauty. The music. The vast garden at the back of an Amsterdam building. The historical architecture - very outstanding. The fun art attraction. The hotel room. The comfort of the rooms. The fine multi-breakfast. The glorious fireworks. I'm sure that there is more but that's all I can think of for now.

“Theme park hotel”

I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults but the records showed i booked 2 rooms with 2 adults. Hence we have to top up the money. The carpet & furniture were old, my friend's room carboard was not clean. Hence we requested to change to a better room, the staff did fulfil our request. The actual amenities do not match with pictures in booking.com. The amounts we paid were not value for money. Inconvenient location, we need to take shuttle bus to reach the hotel. Despite the amenities concern, the staffs are helpful and friendly.

This hotel is very good. The location is very good, very close to the entrence of HUIS TEN BOSCH ,The hotel room is very spacious and clean. The bedding, especially the pillows, are so good for sleeping. This pillow is very comfortable and makes me sleep soundly. The staff have a good service attitude and also store luggage. Although there are many varieties of breakfast, more than twenty are rich enough and very delicious，but a little bit expensive.

“Great location for stay in Huis Ten Bosch”

I thought at first the location is pretty far from everything but it's quite perfect. I booked the night of the Lunar New Year fireworks but planned to catch it inside the Huis Ten Bosch park instead of the paid seats in front of the hotel. There is luggage service and shuttle in front of the Welcome area of the park, I was able to drop off my bags and enjoy the park while waiting for check in. There are multiple shuttles around the park that drops people off right at the hotel lobby so that is convenient when you want a rest. The room is quited dated and a bit dusty, and the restaurant is pricey. There is a convenience store just a few meters from the hotel so I got my supplies there. After the fireworks show, it was a leisurely walk from the park through the pier and to the hotel, pretty well lit and safe eventhough I was alone and it was late. The next day, they delivered my luggages after check out to a Yamato shop right outside the exit of the park while I still enjoyed my 2nd day of exploring. There is also a bus ticket station where I purchased my bus ride to Nagasaki. It was a seamless transit for me, from Fukuoka to Huis Ten Bosch to Nagasaki.

There's a courier service near the park's entrance to get luggage sent to the hotel for free. Very convenient. As for the room, lovely old European decor, good attention to detail. Also spacious. There are some native English-speaking staff at the reception area. Upon check-out, one staff member went out of his way to help get my luggage onto the courier service in time (to drop off back at the park's entrance). Really appreciate this. Also, free water bottle in the room which can be used during the park's visit; very thoughtful! Cool view of the lake in the morning from the room.

“One of the more affordable stays at Huis Ten Bosch”

The room was very cozy and the bathroom was large. Loved all the little items they provided to make your stay great (like the bath salts and drip coffee). Yes, there's a bathtub. There wasn't much of a view but the leaves outside my room had turned red so it was really pretty.
