“Beautiful little apartment hotel in sasebo”
Loved this place. Easily one of our favourite places to stay. Spacious, clean, lots of amenities, little touches like sweet gifts, note etc.

“Not recommended!”
Too many house rules and penalties. Although we followed all the rules, we felt stressful and could not enjoy the stay. Check in after 4pm and check out before 10am. Need to pay clean up lady 5000yen if we are late… it’s a bit harsh. I will not recommend this property to others.

“Great location, clean but small”
This is a piece of land divided into three townhouse-style Airbnb units. Forms need to be filled out prior to check-in, and your passport is required for taking pictures to complete the check-in process on-site. The property itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, with amenities provided – very thoughtful.

“Great value for quality, new, close to city centre”
Everything was really new and clean, and they supplied us with everything we needed, and even some extra things that people usually don't get, such as a huge tub of drinkable water and wet wipes. The electrical appliances like the washing machine were easy to use.

“Impressive stay”
The place is new, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Living area was very comfy and stylishly decorated. The host was helpful, he/she reply messages quickly. Location is not too far from the city center.

“The best!!”
We like everything about the property! When we entered the property we had a sense of outstanding hospitality by the owner from all the thoughtful touches and amazing amenities that were provided. The place is sparkling clean and very stylishly decorated. Owner is very responsive and paid attention to small details that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable! Thank you and the next time we visit Sasebo we will definitely choose to stay in 99Stay Sasebo again!
