Overview
The family-run Hotel Spinnerhof is located high above the popular flower and wine village of Sasbachwalden - approx. 2.5 kilometers from the center. Our hotel offers comfortable rooms in the Black Forest (middle/north) with a wonderful view between the forest and the valley. The surrounding countryside offers differerent opportunities: in winter you could skiing, tobogganing and explore snow hikes. In summer you can explore various hiking trails and cycle over mountains and valleys. Our hotel is not far from the popular city of "Baden-Baden" and the French border with the city of "Strasbourg", which is ideal for a day trip to the city. A rich breakfast buffet is offered each morning for our guests. We are also open to vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free forms of nutrition - please indicate the appropriate allergy or form of nutrition booking so that we can organize the appropriate food in good time. Our hotel also has a restaurant. Here we offer our guests typical Baden dishes, as well as some international delicacies, tarte flambée and various snacks. Our current restaurant opening times can be found on our homepage www.spinnerhof.de or on "Google". We offer our hotel guests free WiFi in all hotel rooms and in the public areas. Parking spaces are available to our guests free of charge - it is not possible to reserve a parking space.

Lovely location either way a great view over the Rhine basin. A large part of the hotel and the restaurant is near new. Excellent restaurant for dining and rightly so, since there are few alternatives within walking distance from the hotel. Close proximity to the parked car.

What a property! Very neat, clean and maintained to very high standards. There is ample of parking, or secure and not too far from Memmelsea and Town Centre. Secure parking for Motorcycles. Staff A+ and breakfast was next level. So much variety it will blow you away.

“Great hotel in The Schwarzwald”
Been staying here for many years and it always gets better. Great scenery and quality new rooms. Restaurant is a delight and offers a full menu. Parking is great and safe. The hotel is situated in an ideal place to reach motorways etc but area still feels completely surrounded by the forest. As I always say in my report, if you are thinking of holidaying or on a business trip in the area, do not miss this one.

The property is located in the heart of the Black Forest region in Germany and it’s just beautiful the view we got from our room was breathtaking. we asked for a third bed because we were travelling with our daughter and we got it. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection. The stuff was very friendly.

“Great starting point to your schnapps hike”
The location is lovely with wonderful views. Great breakfast buffet offered in the morning with nice selection. If you plan on doing the schnapps hike this is the perfect place to stay. There is a schnapps stop right on site and it is a great starting point. Room was very clean. Highly recommend
