Everything the family is really sweet and so kind. The food was amazing. They did Help us organise Taxis and the Rixa. They also booked the Safari for us. We just Had an amazing stay there.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Coffee, tea and water were complimentary and if you stay at Gokul Farmhouse, make sure to have your meals there; the food is exceptionally good (dinner even more so than breakfast). Our little bungalow was fine but pretty basic (particularly with regards to the rather high room rate we were charged). The swimming pool looked lovely and clean, but I didn’t go for a swim as the pool was crowded with youngsters all day long. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, although one night instead of two would have probably been sufficient for us.

Great, peaceful location. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, one price per meal and a buffet style meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wonderful home cooked food. Lovely atmosphere both in the day, overlooking farmland and at night, fairy lights create a lovely ambience. The pool was lovely to use too.

“Lovely quite tranquil few days”

Lovely quiet location close to Sasan Gir national park for those who'd like the opportunity to hopefully see the asiatic lions. We were lucky to see 2 big males and female within 10-15 minutes on entering the park. Right time and place for us that day. We stayed for 3 nights, the family and staff are very helpfully and welcoming. It a lovely place to have a couple of days just to relax and have a couple of chill days. In what can, at times feel a bit hectic traveling around this beautiful country. Daily Afternoon snacks and cup of tea was a nice surprise. The food was the best in our month of travel around Gujart, all home made by mum ( sorry didn't catch your name ) as far as we were aware. Most if not all the vegetables are home grown as well as some fruits. Fresh Coconut drink straight from the tree within minutes. Several Swimming pools, great for a swim to cool down in the heat of the day. We met and briefly chatted with several different nationalities.

It is a very pleasant place to stay. The people who work here are very pleasant and helpful. Great service. We enjoyed very good meals and were offered chai and snacks. The beds are comfortable and room and shower/toilet area is clean. Recommendation to all travellers.

Stay and scenery

It's a very peaceful farm in the countryside away from noise and traffic. My room was in a little hut in a mango orchard. The room was simple - just beds and a bathroom, but there's plenty of space to relax outside on one of the beds or armchairs. There's a small swimming pool too. The meals are served buffet style and they are truly delicious - fresh and home cooked by Janki, a lovely lady hostess. The best of the place is the staff - gentle, kind and very friendly indeed. They helped me to organise the lion safari and find transport to my next destination and Kapil even gave me a lift to the bus stop. I'd stay there again. Highly recommended!

The owners approach - treatment to entire group is like a Guest at home and not as customer. The Nathabhai - Sandipbhai and Kapilbhai has provided the exceptional hospitality and the Food was extraordinary, many of us in the family had savoured true Kathiawadi food for the first time. Hospitality at its best. Particularly the whole family with Sandeep bhai and Natha bhai welcomes the hosts with such a friendly way that you feel at home. Great stay. Highly recommended.

the location is close to the Gir park, but is wonderfully hidden in a beautiful landscape of all kinds of trees and agricultural land. Wonderfully quiet .. full of birds .. wonderful !!!
