“Refused confirmed booking!”
The property should be black listed from all platforms. They refused to provide me the stay on the first day of the booking saying they are overbooked! The same was done a few others also. The person handling the reservations was most unhelpful and rude. After the stay, they refused to provide us any invoice saying it has to be given by booking.com. They tried to overcharge without providing any clarification. Till date I have been trying to get the business invoice, which was requested at the time of booking.
