The house is picturesque. Very clean, comfortable bed. Nice shower. Great kitchen. Perfect for a little getaway. The host, Clementina and her family, were very nice.

We didn’t arrive until 2.30 am and left at 10.00 am so we only actually spent 7 hours at the property! We particularly liked the proximity to the motorway, being able to park right outside the house in a safe space and the little garden for our dog to have a little exercise. Clementina was extremely accommodating and stayed up until we arrived. She made us feel very welcome even though it was the early hours of the morning. The property is nicely decorated and clean and the bed is big and comfortable.

A very cozy and atmospheric place with an interesting design. I loved the interior details and the convenient location. The room was clean and bright, and the bed was very comfortable.

“Very nice owners and great apartment”

Very kind owners. Even though we just stayed for one night Clementina and Diego made us feel really welcome despite a late arrival. They seemed like genuinely nice people and I think this is really important if you stay at an apartment. The apartment itself is nicely renovated and offers two big bedrooms as well as a kitchen with an extendable couch for two additional persons. So we could comfortable stay with 5 people. We did not make use of the outside areas but there is a possibility to sit outside and enjoy the evening sun. The apartment is very conveniently located at border between Tuscany and Liguria and therefore actually ideal to go discovering the cities and landscapes of Tuscany as well as the Cinque Terre, the beaches and other places in Liguria. There are supermarkets etc to reach within 3-5 minutes by car from the apartment and you can park a few meters from the door (In my opinion important in Italy as sometimes it's very hard to find parking close to apartments). Regarding the location in such a tourism-heavy industry, the apartment was very reasonably priced and had a good price-ratio compared with other apartments I had slept in near there in the past. In case you are afraid that it might be somewhat loud due to the tail tracks near the apartment, I wouldn't worry too much as we only noticed trains passing the next morning and it was hardly hearable.
